We recommend it!
Cozy and comfortable atmosphere, pleasant style.
They cook super well, the chefs are great, special thanks to them and 5* ++++++ .
My husband and I have had lunch and dinner here several times.
We have to work with the waiters, there were several unpleasant situations, BUT!!!! Thanks to the competent actions of a young receptionist, a compliment from the cook in the form of strawberry cheesecake (it's not on the menu yet, but I strongly recommend trying it as soon as it appears-it's something!), all situations have been smoothed out. The restaurant staff is trying very hard and it really shows.

Everything is wonderful and delicious! Conveniently staying at the Mercury Hotel, living and eating in the same building.
There are a few comments (I hope the management will read them)
1. Vegetables for salads: cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers and the like are so cold that your teeth ache. This is really the case. The temperature regime of storage should be adjusted.
2. There is a terrace where it is pleasant to sit and smoke a hookah in the evening, for example. So, the hookah master should have another internship, lower the price, which is 3 times higher than in the city, and still monitor the heat, change the coals at least once. And then do something somehow, bring it and no longer appear, for 200k sums - it looks sad.
3. There is only one item in the menu - a recommendation from the chef. This is a dessert - samsa with apples and a ball of ice cream. So, waiters, do not shame your boss by taking him out, you have overexposed in the microwave, the edges have already become "oak", and the apples have turned into mashed potatoes.
Overall, everything is delicious!

We stayed at the nearby Kala Hotel and visited this restaurant twice. Friendly young staff, delicious low-fat food with a local flavor, soups and fish dishes, a wide range of beers and chilled glasses. In cool weather and at night, it's probably nice to sit on the terrace overlooking the city.

It's a great place. Huge portions, delicious shish kebab and pilaf. The dishes were served quickly. Prices are the same as everywhere else in the center of Bukhara. Full boarding on a weekday at lunch, there is a summer veranda on the 2nd floor. Dessert is a treat like in childhood! Excellent location, the very center.

We visited the restaurant for the first time.

We settled inside, at a table by the window overlooking the terrace, as the terrace does not work in the cold season.
I would like to note the pleasant atmosphere, which is noticeable in the details: the combination of traditional decor (colored clay figurines, sofa upholstery with national embroidery, harmonious color scheme) and modern style creates a cozy atmosphere.
Courtesy and well—organized service are rare these days, so it was especially nice to visit this place. Our waiter, Amir, spoke in detail about the menu and the bar. It is nice that the service is available in Russian, English and Uzbek.
The menu is presented in two versions: electronic (with a lot of photos) and classic. The cuisine is traditional Uzbek, and there is also a bar card.
We ordered salads, main dishes (burger, lamb kebab, manta rays and a special offer — samsa with spinach). For dessert, we tried a set of local sweets: honey cake, baklava and samsa with apples, served with ice cream balls.
I must say right away, it was not possible to master everything, so I had to take some of the dishes with me.
The meat — in kebabs, burgers and mantas — turned out to be soft, juicy, with a perfect balance of salt.
Total: 850’000 sum ~ 4800₽
The restaurant is 100% recommended to visit.

Super cafe (restaurant). It is located on the 3rd floor of the Mercury Hotel. The food is 5+, the service is 10, and all your preferences will be taken into account here. There is a terrace, but inside the interior is not inferior to the restaurants in Moscow. You can also order a hookah.

Overall, I didn't like it for a number of reasons.
1. There were 3-4 tables occupied in the hall, up to 4 guests at each, nevertheless, we waited for our orders for a very long time. Dessert, for example, had to wait about 40 minutes.
2. Bland. The salad was bland, even the sauce was spared, the ravioli were bland, the samsa with apples (in fact, the strudel) was also on 3+ - 4- . The barbecue was delicious
3. The waiter didn't even know what was included in their signature tea. And when we asked to find out, she returned with a comment that the tea would be with what the bartender would put there. It sounds like bullying.
The prices are significantly higher than other places we visited in Bukhara. It's a pity that tips are automatically included everywhere, I wouldn't leave them.

Beautiful view restaurant at the hotel. Delicious, high-quality food, polite staff.
We took the pike perch fillet — it did not cause delight, but the eggplant salad, a set of desserts (especially honey cake) are beyond praise.
Reasonable prices, but above the average in Bukhara.
We chose this restaurant to celebrate a friend's birthday, but the staff, warned about it, did not even congratulate. At the end of our celebration, when we were about to leave, we were handed a bottle of wine with congratulations)) Apparently, we drank a lot, thank you, of course)) But the impression of the evening was a little blurred)

The restaurant has a very pleasant atmosphere. Quiet colorful music plays in the background. The staff is very helpful. The food is delicious, the furniture is comfortable. The only negative is that it is dusty on the veranda (Bukhara after all). Prices are at the level of expensive buildings in Tashkent. I definitely recommend it - the sunset here is worth every penny)

I don't recommend it. Even the lamb kebab was tasteless. What is basically impossible to do in Uzbekistan is to ruin a lamb shish kebab.

I liked the place from the photos, we came to it. It is located on the third floor of the hotel, far from the center. We wanted to sit on the terrace, but the view is not even close to what is in the photo - there is some kind of destroyed building and a highway nearby, we decided not to stay here. As for the prices, they are quite high, but it is not clear whether it is delicious, because the institution is very far from the old town and was half-empty - it is not clear whether it is possible to hire a good cook under such conditions

Long, expensive and tasteless.
I was staying in a hotel where a restaurant was opened and decided to have dinner in it in the evening. I really regretted that I did not reach one of the restaurants in the vicinity. A glass of wine lasted 15 minutes.
The mantas that I waited for 30 minutes turned out to be disgusting and not juicy at all. Samsu waited an hour. It feels like they just forgot about my order.
