They sell stale pastries!!!! 9 days ago, I bought some pastries from you, which turned out to be stale. When requesting a refund, I was informed that the money would be transferred to my account. However, so far, after 9 days, the money has not been received. Every day I receive only promises that the funds will be returned “today", but this does not happen.
This attitude towards customers is completely unacceptable. Just terrible service!!!

- there are few seats (3 tables for 2 people), coffee with sugar by default, cakes only in large chunks, there is no gluten-free menu, but I understand it everywhere in Uzbekistan

The staff is very polite, helpful, the waiting time is short, delicious pastries, cookies, especially cherry cupcake. Coffee is also well prepared. The atmosphere is good, the cleanliness is pleasing.
