I called the call center to know that do they work 24/7 or not. They said they do work.When we entered Safia, it was 10:45 p.m. The people were eating and enjoying their biscuits( there were around 4 tables which were full of people). The shop assisstant said that they close at 11:00 p.m and didn't let us to sit and order. It was disrespectful and terrible. I came back home. I spent 40.000 sum to go there and come back by taxi.

I hate to write negative reviews, but I couldn't keep silent here! The attitude of the staff is terribly negligent. I asked for a cake with tea, so they brought me a frozen stone cake. When I asked what it was? They said a cake, I said I see, is it dirty? They answered yes !! Did I say I shouldn't have warned you? To which in response: the staff argued with me and did not even ask for forgiveness for the moral damage caused. Such a big company was arguing over 30,000 soums.. be careful that you don't get such a frozen cake too!

I was amazed at the quality of the cafe as a whole. Clean, cozy, everything is modern, at a high level. For Bukhara, it is probably still a rarity to have such a level of cafe establishment. The staff is polite, I did not meet rudeness. It is a pleasure to go to the toilet to see cleanliness and neatness. The pastries are good, although the prices are still expensive, of course.
