A wonderful cafe! Very cozy and homely atmosphere. The waiters are very polite, correct and attentive to visitors. The service is fast. And of course, the cakes are beyond praise, always fresh, very aesthetic and beautiful, insanely delicious! A birthday cake was ordered, prepared on time, as expected, the cake is simply magical, tender and incredibly delicious. Definitely, all sweet tooths just have to visit this place! Who often visits the cafe, I recommend installing the Sofia application on the phone in which a good cumulative program works.
P.S. If delivery in Chirchik would also work, it would be very cool!

I am very disappointed with the service experience at Safia confectionery in Chirchik. On August 8, my birthday, I ordered two large cakes to be delivered by 7:30 p.m. The order was made in advance, at 9:34 a.m., and I confidently waited for the arrival of the guests, relying on the accuracy and professionalism of your company.
However, when the delivery time had already arrived, the cakes were never delivered. At 19:53, I called your support service to clarify the situation, and they told me that the cake would be delivered within 15-20 minutes. After a long wait until 20:23, when the cakes did not appear, I had to cancel the order. This created considerable inconvenience for me and my guests, who were expecting delicious treats.
I am deeply disappointed not only that the service was not completed on time, but also that no adequate information or apologies for the delay were provided. Such an attitude towards customers is unacceptable for a company that claims professionalism and quality.
I am attaching screenshots of my calls as proof of communication with your support team. I hope you will take appropriate measures and punish the person responsible for controlling the delivery of cakes.
I no longer rely on the services of your pastry shop and will tell my friends and acquaintances about my negative experience. I hope your company will pay attention to this review and take measures to improve its service.
