Safiya - you and your team are simply gorgeous!!! I usually visit branches in the capital to drink your wonderful coffee with delicious treats! And even here in the region and in one of the most beautiful cities in the country, to be honest, I felt the same way as in the network of the capital!!! I think it's worth a lot!!! The interior, dessert assortment and service are all one-on-one, as in all branches, and this is, of course, primarily the merit of the management, a competent approach to the heart of the customer and, of course, the merit of a huge hardworking team!!! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for such a reverent and sincere attitude towards the visitors!!! I will never tire of writing about the staff who will always serve you with their kindness and sensitivity and share a good mood!!! Very convenient location! There are plenty of parking spaces! Prices, as in all branches, are adequate and for different budgets!!! I definitely recommend it to everyone, as I always have!!!
PS. Once again, just a reminder of the wet wipes, which I hope, after my many reviews, will finally appear in all branches for the even greater convenience of visitors who want to sit and eat delicious treats with coffee or tea!!!

Good evening! We often go to your pastry shops in Namangan, everything is always delicious. But today we were in Safia on the street.Navoi in Namangan, ordered a meringue roll, it was all frozen, it was impossible to eat, teeth were cramping from the cold, they didn't really feel any taste, just a piece of ice. The waiters could not solve this problem in any way, they only said - you need to wait 2 hours and it will melt. We ate on the spot, and we can't wait 2 hours for it to melt! Before ordering, the waiters should warn that the dessert is frozen! We didn't come to eat ice cream, but a delicate dessert. The mood is spoiled, money is thrown away.

Firstly, you are very arrogant (poor service, waiters do not know how to communicate and serve guests normally).
Secondly, your cakes and pies have become cloying, it used to be better)).
Thirdly, we were literally kicked out before closing (you have indicated the opening hours from 8:00 to 23:00, and we were kicked out half an hour before closing).
Fourth, the prices are off-the-scale (just heavenly, the price does not match the quality).
It was better, it became much worse. Please take into account.
