In the evening, other administrators sent me a ready-made bouquet, which was already made of 13 roses. To my indignation from the administrators, I even found out that my bouquet is more expensive, and the previous administrator who placed the order did not count correctly. In fact, in the morning I picked up this bouquet of 13 roses, although on condition that I would not have paid for it initially, I would not have picked it up for anything, but would have gone to another place and bought another bouquet. I bought the freshest roses at night (exactly like the most expensive ones), as a result, by the evening of the next day all the flowers "hung their heads". I always choose less blooming roses so that they stand longer. And if the flowers of other shops bloom and stand for at least 3-4 days, and the best ones can stand for more than 10 days, then they have not lived a day here, without blooming.
