I didn't like the attitude of Elena's hairdresser, if you need a specialist "sukhar". You should go to her. I'm not verbose myself, but she said a couple of words in an hour, mostly it was pushing her head to direct, tilt her head.
She didn't offer a napkin to remove her hair from her face. This is generally a huge minus!!!
