To begin with, before making a record, there was a long correspondence in Viber with the administrator. where photos of what you want were sent, and of course photos of your Hair in front, the back also shows a length of up to 35 cm and says that the hair is natural and has not been dyed before, and the hair is rare.. The administrator, after consulting with the master Diana, said that they would be able to do the kind of coloring that we want, that this coloring would cost 230-270 (+- depending on the paint consumption). on the day of visiting the salon in the morning, a message came that a haircut without shampooing 15-17p, coloring length from 35 cm price 160-300 rubles. I called the salon and the conversation lasted more than 30 minutes. In the conversation, I explained that first we want to cut our hair, and then we want to color it. The administrator began to tell me, the haircut will be after because it will be so convenient for the master and otherwise the master may not be able to make a smooth transition. as a result of the conversation, we agreed that the master will cut his hair and, based on the result, tell whether he will be able to dye his hair to a length (30cm).
As a result, the master, without making a haircut, said that she would not be able to do what we want and began to offer her options for coloring with and without hair milling, this is highlighting of two types (with and without darkening the roots). Because hair is rare, as we previously warned the master, we refused milling and chose highlighting (the master called this highlighting a veil), I will attach a photo before and after. When the coloring began and the paint began to be applied to the hair, the master clarified why you did not cut it, the master said she would do it in the end, it was more convenient for her.
As a result of the completion of the practice. We said that you did not fulfill the conditions that we asked you to cut, then paint. Master Diana started commenting on it again, that it is so convenient for her to make a haircut after coloring.
As a result, we were told to pay 240 rubles.
When calculating, we asked for a cost calculation or price list based on which the calculation was made, the administrator said that we could not pay and leave.
But I'm not the kind of person who doesn't pay the bills. But when I cry, I want to know what this figure is for and where it comes from. On the website, the price of highlighting is 70-90p. I left a complaint in the book of comments and suggestions and I hope that when the management gets acquainted, they will recalculate and refund me some of the money spent.

I was booked for 8.02 to 12.30 (Saturday). I informed direct about my 15-minute delay in advance, and they answered "ok)".When I entered the studio, went to the reception desk and told about my appointment at 12.30, the receptionist said "okay."They didn't offer me to take off my outer clothes and sit down. The only hairdresser present came up to me and, without introducing herself, said that she already had another client, and the test strand would take 1.5 hours. By the way, I was not warned that it would take so long. My appointment was from 12.30-13.00. It turned out that a free consultation is a conversation with a client at the front door. When I showed the girl the correspondence about the appointment for the test strand, she repeated to me that she had another client and explained that this procedure was done only on dark hair in order to determine whether they would withstand discoloration, without coloring, and "your hair is not so dark."
In the correspondence, it was indicated that the strand would be dyed in the desired color to approve the next entry for full coloring. Next, the girl suggested making highlights that would "look good from afar." I still decided to find out who was advising me, and the girl introduced herself as "Anastasia". When I asked if it was possible to go out in a pure color without highlighting, and without red, she told me that she needed to "find the darkest spot on her head and, choosing the right shade of paint to it, dye all her hair." At that moment, I realized it was time to leave.
I do not recommend this studio if you value customer orientation and responsibility.
