Advantages of the hotel: 1.Permanent clean rooms. 2.Excellent positive staff and reception. 3. Location in the city center. 4. Location near a private clinic, the administration of the city (district), the architecture department of the district, the district cadastre and the publishing house 5. Warm and cold water for the shower, heating, air conditioning,mini fridge, electric kettle is available.
Disadvantages of the object: 1. The biggest disadvantage is the lack of a guard near the barrier, you can wait from 15 to 25 minutes for the opening of the barrier on the street. 2. The same breakfast menus every day.
3.The absence of window nets against mosquitoes and flies.
4. Low-quality shampoo, shower gel and toothpaste.

I don't advise anyone to stay here at least once. The reception staff is unfriendly. It forces you to pay via transfer to a card. And the terminal is not in working condition. They require a marriage certificate (what nonsense, do travelers have to have a house book, a witness about a marriage certificate??). Even the rooms are as expensive as in the Zaravshan hotel in Navoi region. I'm putting one. Solid.
