Ruined expensive things. Some were not washed and ironed, this generally excludes washing the stains in the future, although the stains are completely washable at home. I don't recommend it.

Stains are not all washed, they give things folded in cellophane packaging without a hanger, bags for carrying things are not provided. The staff are quite courteous and punctual, but in general the service is not very modern for 2022.
