We decided to take a trial batch for $ 7000, at first we placed an order for a long time, but they promise within 30 working days, but in the end the entire production took 60 days. After much agony, towels were sent to us. Everything came in fine, the quantity was correct, but after the first wash, the towels all began to spread. (I'll attach the photo below), We started contacting the manufacturer, he confirmed the fact of the defect, says send it back at your own expense, they say we will fix it, BUT THE SENT TOWELS CAME VIA CARGO, IN ORDER TO SEND THEM BACK YOU NEED A FULL PACKAGE (which costs 10 times more than the towels themselves). After that, we decided to offer to compensate for this fact, but the guys just stalled, they don't answer any phones. RUN AWAY FROM THEM, DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKES.

The company is just terrible. I ordered towels for the hotel from this factory, they came dirty and defective. Accordingly, no one wanted to change anything. Long attempts to resolve this situation have led to nothing. At one point, they stopped contacting us. We will go to court.
