We did not stay long in the beautiful city of Baku, in Azerbaijan. The hotel where we stayed was located in a Fishable area, and it was easy to walk to the main attractions.
This hotel is not suitable for families or trips with children, but it is great for business trips. It was especially convenient that our partners were located not far from the hotel.
The hotel itself has 4 stars, but in terms of service it deserves 5 stars. The hotel has recently been renovated, and the rooms also correspond to the 3-4 star level.
I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff for their attentiveness, hospitality and friendliness. Everything was done at the highest level.
Pros: Staff! Rafael helped a lot, told me everything, explained, and agreed on a late check-out. Large room, slippers, shampoo, etc.
Cons: The room is very tired. It seems like it used to be a good 4*, but now this level is not supported. Breakfast is Swedish, though.a table, but very modest.
Total: the room was almost 2 times cheaper than other offers, so we didn't expect anything special. The price corresponds to the quality, for 1-3 days it is quite tolerable.
But if you are used to good chain hotels and plan to relax for a week or more, then it is better to choose another option.
A wonderful hotel, very cozy. The staff is friendly. They helped with all the difficulties, and on the first day we were caught in a downpour. They brought us hot tea, they didn't let us freeze. The rooms have warm and soft blankets. The room itself was a little cool, but the air conditioner warmed it up very quickly. The rooms are clean. They clean it every day and bring fresh water. The employee Rafael suggested everything about the city, painted routes for us and gave us a lot of recommendations about the city. The restaurant will cook for you personally, even if you are the only one there. Prices don't bite.
