Great hotel. Stylish, modern, clean, comfortable. The room has everything you need, comfortable bed, furniture, good plumbing, beautiful interior, We really liked it. Breakfasts are fire, delicious, interesting serving.
The location is very advantageous, close to the sea, to the embankment, in the center.
I recommend this hotel. We are very pleased that we stayed at this hotel and even extended it for a few days, we liked it so much (we were in early October). Thank you so much for a great stay at a wonderful hotel!

A great hotel, we stayed with a family, the location is great, everything is within walking distance. It has a very beautiful interior, inside and out. The design is just top, fell in love with luxury. I am especially glad that there is always water, tea and coffee in the room. There are always clean towels, bathrobes and slippers in the room. I was even pleased that there is shampoo and gel in the room. Nice furniture, the bed is big and Super comfortable. Everything is very calm and quiet, just as we wanted. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. We managed to catch and get acquainted with the owners, very nice people. Now we are waiting for the summer to return to this place again.👍🏻

Interior: as a designer, I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are thought out to the smallest detail! It pleases me! Everything is very beautiful and stylish.
I also want to mention the very tasty breakfasts. I tried buckwheat porridge with fruit and ice cream for the first time. A very unusual combination. And I liked the corn porridge (by the way, I don't really eat porridge, but it's too delicious!) and shakshuka.
The location of the hotel is very good: it takes 5-7 minutes to get to the sea by minibus. There are cafes and a dining room nearby.
Will I come again? Definitely yes!

We stayed at the Sagum Hotel from August 31 to September 10 with a family of 3 people.
We really liked everything!
The hotel is new, stylish and beautiful. The Deluxe room is spacious and bright. Everything is clean and in perfect condition. The room has everything you need for a long stay.
The breakfasts in the cafe on the ground floor are very tasty, different every day.
The location of the hotel is very convenient, the embankment is 2 minutes away, the city center and all the sights are close.
We were very comfortable and we would definitely come back and repeat our stay at this hotel))
thanks to all the staff for the excellent service and for their kindness.

We stayed at the hotel from 11 to 16 September 2024. It was our first time in Sukhumi, but we did not make a mistake with the choice of the hotel, but only got more great impressions! The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, always greeted with a smile, will respond to requests. The rooms are renovated in loft style, the bed is comfortable, the linen is snow-white. You close your eyes and fall asleep. The robes are new, match the size (the husband is tall and in other hotels sometimes the robe either barely fit or was very short). Towels were changed regularly. Cleaning was also carried out daily. Upon check-in, there will be dental kits, shower gel and shampoo in dispensers on the wall. The breakfasts are very hearty, always varied, very tasty, served at the restaurant level. We were satisfied with the rest. We will definitely come back again!!!

What can I say about the hotel? A MAGNIFICENT hotel!!! Quiet, stylish, cozy, pompous breakfasts!!! We lived for 13 days, 3 of them in deluxe, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, the functional furniture is good, the plumbing is also good, it is clear that we invested, everything is very high-quality 👍Internet and TV watch what you want, the refrigerator is cool, the air conditioner is generally cold 😁👍we did not turn it on for a long time because it shakes straight like the north pole, the staff is wonderful, responsive, tactful, polite, I repeat, the breakfasts are just mine, especially shakshuka and oatmeal porridge with ice cream and tangerine, almost every day a huge plate of watermelon, melon, figs was served for breakfast, we need to get to this point))) cleaning 💪🏼pastel is super, and I also noticed some super absorbent towels , bathrobes 💪🏼cotton pads and shampoo with shower gel in dispensers 👍the hotel is new, stylish loft-style rooms, laundry is included, which is also a plus 🫶🏻I also want to note that the hotel has 9 rooms, which means that it is always quiet, calm, the entrance to the hotel is on the map! I wish the hotel to keep its Brand, the set tone, love of business 🫶🏻the embankment is 2 minutes, you will find a Drama Theater on the right, you will go straight to the Presidential administration and the embankment, the store is excellent nearby, the dining room is not bad, the pastry shop is all within walking distance, there is a Turkish pharmacy nearby, I would say a very convenient location of the hotel! A nice, new, clean, stylish and beautiful hotel in the center of Sukhum, the location of the hotel is very advantageous for me, 15 minutes to the city beach, as well as 10 minutes by car to all private beaches. Near the Botanical Garden , beauty. I want to express my great gratitude to the administrators Kirill, Albina and Irakli, very attentive guys, very kind, they will solve any of your questions! You don't have to worry about not paying attention to you in this hotel. I also want to say about the wonderful hostess of the hotel, she personally takes care of the guests, I had a doctor, I saw that the hostess herself brought a candle cake, it was very nice to receive birthday greetings! In general, this particular hotel brought us a lot of positive emotions on vacation!
I advise you to book a hotel with breakfast, they cook very tasty, I'm ready for anything for oatmeal porridge with ice cream and oranges, I ordered 2 pieces each!

a stunning, cozy hotel.
from the first minutes, you feel comfortable in everything. beautiful interiors in pleasant colors, the thoughtfulness of every detail is felt. the space in the room is very well organized. excellent mattress and pillows :) I noticed because it is usually difficult to fall asleep in a new place (there were no such problems here). everything is clean and tidy!
responsive, open, endearing staff. in general, it feels very much that the hotel was created with soul (and mind). thank you very much! now it is a favorite hotel in Sukhumi.

France is in Abkhazia!
We were in this heavenly place in August.Everything is perfect!From the interior and delicious breakfasts to the service.After this wonderful place, I was "lucky" to visit other hotels in Abkhazia (all were much more expensive)And what can I say-you guys are the best!I will not be lazy and list all the advantages that I missed so much in subsequent hotels:
1. Friendly staff.Immediately after booking, they contact us by tg, tell us what and how, offer a transfer (by the way, they arrived on it.They picked us up from the airport in Sochi, helped us cross the border, waited until we walked through the local duty free)🫰🏻
2.View and location of the hotel.As I said, France is in Abkhazia.The promenade is a 2-minute walk away, and the nearest beach is 5 minutes away.
3.Rooms💔You can immediately feel that the rooms are thought out from the beginning.Sockets on both sides of the bed.A wonderful mini bar with adequate prices (it was emptied 2 times for sure)New air conditioner with different modes.A good hair dryer.The floor in the bathtub is heated.Towels are changed every day.Well, a big plus for me as an aesthete is a stylish renovation (even the batteries are painted in the color of the walls-delight)
4.FREE LAUNDRY SERVICE!Thank you so much for not taking money for such everyday, but important things on vacation.In other hotels, you will be charged from 500 rubles, for drying as well)
5. Insanely delicious breakfasts!

The best hotel in the heart of the city. The sea and the promenade are a minute's walk away. A European-class hotel, excellent service. The rooms are very stylish, thought out to the smallest detail. Special thanks for the bed linen and mattress, above all praise, you fall asleep in a minute. I have been vacationing in Abkhazia for several years, high-quality orthopedic mattresses are rarely found in hotels here. The owner approached everything with a soul and conscientiously! The hotel is simply magnificent! Everything is very beautiful, clean, and cozy! A new mini-hotel, everything is done with a soul.

Great hotel. It is suitable both for rest and for a working visit.
Comfortable, practical and modern rooms with good furniture for work and leisure, comfortable beds - you don't fall through, as is usually the case in cheap hotels, there is a desk with an armchair, comfortable closets with closers, etc.
Good low-noise conduits are installed throughout the building and in the rooms.
For an additional fee, there are quite hearty breakfasts with a very beautiful serving.
The staff is friendly, literally carries it in their arms, always if it is bad, they will offer help, a thermometer or medicines (one girl from the reception was constantly interested in how I was feeling, unfortunately I did not remember the name).
The hotel itself is small and cozy. It is made outside and inside stylishly.
5-7 minutes to the embankment, 10 minutes to the beach of the MVO sanatorium.
There is a chain store nearby in 2 minutes.
Of the cons, of course, there are not enough dinners, but in general, you can walk to the dining room through two buildings.

It was great. Three portions of breakfast! Such delicious porridge (with ice cream) I've never tried it. And when we left at 6 a.m., we had breakfast prepared with us.
Stable Internet, we came for work, so it was important. The owners of the hotel are wonderful people, the staff works the same way - they are as polite and friendly as possible.
Indeed, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and I've traveled a lot.

We lived in this department for a week.
I want to share my impressions.
The hotel is very beautiful, an absolute coincidence of photos and reality. Small, cozy, with designer renovation. We had a double room, very spacious, with a very large bed and a comfortable mattress and pillows. Smart TV, Wi-Fi worked without interruption, wet cleaning was carried out every day, fresh water was supplied, a full mini bar, bed linen and bathrobes were changed every 3 days.
I would like to say a special thank you to the administrators. They are all great souls, polite, always positive, ready to help, suggest something, answer all questions and queries.
We were very satisfied with our stay! Next time we go to Sukhum, we will stay at this hotel again!

A wonderful new mini-hotel almost in the very center of Sukhum! The rooms are decorated in different colors, not a single room is repeated. The design is professionally thought out, an interesting solution for bathrooms and zoning, a cool tea station. The hotel is absolutely European level. A wonderful host!

Then write on the website: it is forbidden to accommodate two children, as this interferes with the guests. It's more honest that way.
