Baku. Sahil Park — "Embankment" (formerly "Freedom Square", since 1968 - "26 Baku Commissars Square"). In 2009, the Memorial complex "26 Baku Commissars" was dismantled, and the remains of 23 people were reburied at the Govsan cemetery in Baku. Instead of the dismantled memorial, a fountain in the form of a three-tiered bowl was built.
