I am writing as an observer from the outside. My wife's appointment with the doctor was rescheduled for the next day. They sent text messages 6 times. Upon arrival at the appointed time and payment for the initial examination, the clinic did not have the right doctor. The receptionist quickly changed their shoes and called someone. A nurse came out and took me to measure the fundus, they took me to another doctor's office, she climbed in to watch, chatting on the phone at the same time. After a couple of minutes, a nurse was called to drip her eyes. They dripped it and took it out into the corridor for 20 minutes to dilate the pupils. There is nowhere to sit, there are no benches or chairs in the corridor, there was a sofa under the stairs, they were waiting there. After 20 minutes, the doctor was called, she came up after another 5 minutes, climbed into her eyes with her smartphone to look at the pupils. The medicine did not work well, she said that she needed to drip more. We waited again until the nurse came and dripped her eyes. Another nurse came. Then, after another 10 minutes, they began to look at the fundus. They said that it was necessary to change the lenses, they named the price from some piece of paper. They did not familiarize you with the official price list. The price turned out to be just a horse 19 million. sum for one eye, excluding surgery. In general, the attitude towards the patient is extremely consumer-oriented and leaves much to be desired. The person is sick, he needs it, he will wait and if necessary, he will bring money for a miracle that his eyesight may be restored. No one gives guarantees either, only a forecast that maybe it will be better. In short, the clinic looks very presentable externally, everything is new everywhere, WiFi is free, even the doctor's opinion is in a beautiful file folder. Beauty is spoiled by such doctors and their attitude towards patients. Maybe we were unlucky with the doctor, but that's a completely different story...
The clinic is terrible, the staff is rude, they can't find an approach to children, although they work mainly with children. Payment was made for services that were not completed.
