How wonderful it is...
it is simply impossible to describe the very beautiful buildings near the parking lot, the Sunday School of the monastery.
There is also a stall with very tasty bread.
In the photos, the monastery is like a monastery , but in real life everything changes coordinate .
And streams, bells, huge cathedrals.
Especially the Elisaveta Temple. Very huge incredibly .
Also, the Church of St. John of Shanghai and St. Francis is also very unusual. Everything is very grandly built .
The cathedrals here are simply unthinkable and huge. This is the best monastery that I have seen....
I RECOMMEND YOU TO VISIT!
It's a very attractive place. A place of power. The fraternal choir and the choir of the monastic sisters sing very beautifully. There are many beautiful temples, and the territory is always beautifully maintained. Beautiful nature. Food products of our own production. Large bookstores, souvenir products. Kovcheg Cultural and Educational center, where you can "hang out" for the whole day
A wonderful place, beautiful architecture, splendor inside the temple, there are various shops mainly with the products of the monastery. I definitely bring guests to this wonderful place, especially foreign ones, everyone likes it. You can even book a guided tour
A blessed place!
The monastery in honor of the Holy Martyr Grand Duchess Elizabeth was founded in 1999.
At first, a sisterhood was founded, after which the idea arose to erect a temple on the territory of a psychiatric hospital in the village. New items (Minsk district). There were no funds or sponsors for this, and there were a lot of difficulties. Then the confessor of the sisterhood and the monastery went to seek advice from elder Nikolai Guryanov on the island of Zalit (Pskov Lake).
The elder blessed the construction of the temple and, holding out a five-ruble bill with the image of the church, said: "People will report the rest."
And now there is a huge wonderful monastery and several beautiful temples.
thank god!
The holiest place. Wonderful people are working hard. There is something to see, even if the temples are very young. The entire infrastructure is quite well thought out. But most importantly! There will always be a place, a job for people from whom everyone has turned away. Low bow to the abbot of the monastery.
A visit to the St. Elisabethan Monastery left many positive memories.
I was here once (I live in Russia), I will share what I managed to see and see. This information is useful for TOURISTS or PILGRIMS who are coming here for the first time.
There are several temples on the territory:
1. The temple that greets us at the entrance, in honor of the icon of the Mother of God "Derzhavnaya". I was impressed that inside the temple, almost all the icons with a piece of relics. To the left and right of the altar are majestic icons of the apostles with relics. In the left part of the temple, next to the icon of the Apostles Peter and Paul on the wall (to the left of the icon) there is a miraculous icon of the Mother of God "Vsetsarina". This is an accurate list of the Athos icon, written by a Greek monk. In the same building there is a lower crypt temple in honor of the Royal Passion-Bearers (the sacraments of Baptism take place in it), but unfortunately I did not get into it, I do not know if it is open for free visits.
2. If you go further, behind the main temple there is another white-walled temple with dark domes and wide semicircular thresholds. The upper part of the church in honor of the Holy Martyr Elizabeth. There are also many icons with relics inside. And to the left and right of the altar are the main icons, in full growth, prmcc. Elisaveta and Varvara. In the same building there is a lower crypt temple in honor of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker (the entrance is either from the street on the left side of the building, or inside from the upper temple down the stairs). One of the main shrines here is an ancient icon of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker with a piece of his relics.
3. To the right of the church of the Orthodox Church. There is a wooden church in honor of St. John of Shanghai and the San Francisco Wonderworker.
There are several points of sale of various monastic products on the territory. In general, the monastery has a rich list of workshops. To the left of the entrance to the church of the Mother of God "Derzhavnaya" there is a building "Monastic compound", it is like a grocery store, not only of the monastery, but also of other manufacturers (you can pay by card!).
There is also a place on the territory where they sell monastery cheese. During my visit, it was of three types, each can be tasted. Payment in cash!
In the demand shop (there are also book, ceramic, glass, audio products and much more from the monastery compound), payment is only in cash!
A pavilion with fish products, with sewing products, a stall with pies and bacon (delicious).
By the way, you can eat in the building of the educational center "Ark", on the second floor there is a huge dining room with a large selection. The prices are reasonable.
In short, the territory is not particularly large, but there are a lot of things, you can walk here at least all day!
Stock up on cash!! Well, if you suddenly do not calculate your appetite (like me), then there is a bank branch in a 10-minute walk (the locals are friendly and will tell you how to find it). I have withdrawn the WORLD from the card without commission at a favorable rate (I have VTB).
I wish you a blessed and sincere time in the monastery.
We visited the monastery on the second day of Easter! This is the only monastery in Minsk. The monastery conducts a huge and diverse educational activity. Interesting architecture, temples, well-equipped area around the temples. It is very cozy and quiet. Nearby is the Ark cafe - this is a great place with an interesting interior and a very tasty and varied menu. I really liked the profiteroles and the frozen potatoes.
Hotel rooms for 2 with amenities - 80 rubles per day.
A fairly large complex of buildings, there is something to see, to take part in the service, to light a candle, to be alone with God.
Everything is nearby and a small park and an excellent cafe on the second floor of the Ark, and 2 separate shops with monastery products.
Sunday school. There is a gallery of paintings or works, constantly updated.
And a lot of things that I don't know yet, you can always get help and an answer or a command from the clergy of this monastery.
Nearby, another building is literally finishing construction at the intersection of Dolginovsky Tract and Avtomobilistov Street,
A very pleasant place. There is an opportunity to be alone, to think about the eternal. You can buy handmade icons and many other things. In the small church there is an icon with the relics of St. Nicholas. It's a place you want to come back to. Definitely, I recommend you to visit.
The largest Orthodox center in Minsk. Large and spacious churches, many priests in confession. There is an Orthodox school, a Sunday school, many clubs, and patriotic education is developing. There is a large cafe, a reception center. There is an active production and educational activity. It is good and simple to visit as an excursion, and to come to the service regularly, and to join the Orthodox life.
The monastery is very beautiful and active: the prayer union of the monastic sisters, which began as a parish with a small trailer instead of a temple, is now a large community with its own workshops, a wonderful choir and even sports teams! I highly recommend you to visit🙏🏼
We were visiting Minsk. We visited this cathedral complex. Everything, everything, everything is done and maintained with great love. We also visited the dining room, we were pleasantly surprised that it was very tasty and a lot of variety.
The Belarusian was warmly welcomed. Such a fabulous place., very beautiful buildings.,there is a hotel for ladles., in church shops you can buy souvenirs., there is a refectory where they feed very tasty., cleanliness is idiotic everywhere., holiness is felt everywhere., how wonderful that there are such places.
The impressive complex of the monastery, because of the architectural features, feels like it has fallen into a fairy tale. The territory has everything you need: a spring, shops of various kinds, temples and just places where you can sit and relax from the hustle and bustle of the world.
I come here periodically, for believers - to rest my soul and heart, for others - to get acquainted with the culture and architecture of the Orthodox spiritual complex.
The monastery is very well-maintained, beautiful. But there are many of them. I liked the singing. Several teams. Pantak and mormyl, for example, are very good. So restrained.
It is very beautiful, calm and good. The church shops with farmstead products are simply gorgeous!! I recommend halva, a taiga drink, I'm trying to get to homemade cottage cheese)) there are a lot of delicious things, I still haven't tried
The best place in Minsk for Orthodox Christians, a real Orthodox courtyard with temples, shops, an archpriest's garden and a small pond, you can sit and relax, enjoy the ringing of the bells
My favorite place! The kindest-hearted people who serve at the temple. A very beautiful and picturesque place! In the warm season, the fragrance of flowers in the monastery is simply dizzying. There are a lot of icons in churches, they work around the clock, liturgies are constantly held, Orthodox holidays are sincerely celebrated. I have never seen such an atmosphere anywhere else.
A wonderful place! It is beautiful, peaceful and calm. A great store and food court with its own pastries and much more.

A large complex, there is everything: an ark, a hotel, a cafe, a shop with fresh pastries, a pharmacy with its products (teas, honey, ointments, shampoos, deodorants, handmade soap, etc. - all natural), kvass is sold on the street, a shop with books, souvenirs, making monuments, etc. The territory is large neat and well maintained, quiet and peaceful place. Beautiful architecture.
It's a very soulful place. When I visit Minsk infrequently, I try to get into this monastery. Very good location; on the outskirts. Casual tourists rarely come here. Only targeted visits. Very interesting chants at the service. Warm and well-tuned temples (for all my dislike of new models, I must admit that the temples of the monastery are incredibly cozy and sincere
One of my favorite places. It is very beautiful, the icons in the church of St. Nicholas are old, painted on two halves of the tree. The temple is located slightly away from the central one and many do not reach it. There are grocery stores from the monastery courtyard and a large icon shop with ceramics and others, also very beautiful. It is a must for visiting people coming to Minsk. It is very close to Minsk, the city bus goes there.
I really love this place! Such a magical atmosphere, peace! Very tasty cottage cheese, cheese, bread and a lot of pastries are sold in the shops of the farmstead. There are also various tea, herbal preparations and balms.
My mother is saved by a magic gel-balm with horse chestnut - lubricates sore feet and hands. I highly recommend it!
A very pleasant temple complex. For Orthodox Christians, a place that everyone needs to visit. The monastery has its own courtyard with the possibility of purchasing things and products made on it
Very, very much.
Unexpectedly beautiful, cute, there are a lot of people, everyone is almost going to communion.
The mothers are friendly, they will answer any question. The salinity of the place is felt.
I will definitely try to be more often.
I went crazy from rape, I was sent to exorcism, my father tore off the Bible here, I immediately felt the love of the Lord, and then I got into the Russian Orthodox Church. I miss this monastery, the psychiatrist said that I have love for my father because of the Stockholm syndrome, but God sees everything.
I recommend you to visit. Very beautiful kramy on the territory of the monastery, the source. We went to the church store with groceries: I bought cottage cheese and honey - as a country person I can say that both cottage cheese and honey are natural, not like in stores. It turned out that they were brought here from a local farm.
It is very beautiful and interesting...a city within a city.Prices in cafes are lower than in the city, good products of their own production.I recommend definitely visiting the sacred place.
If you have been to Minsk, then this is one of the places where you must definitely visit. Get to know the history and watch the live monastic service. I recommend.
I often visit here, a pleasant place, special energy, there are shops with goods from the farmstead of my own production, a lot of natural products. The prices are correspondingly slightly higher.
A warm and kind monastery. There are no other words to choose. The only one operating within the city limits, at the same time, was founded in 1999. Several temples, nice shops. It's a very beautiful service. It is required to visit.
This monastery consists of a whole complex of different churches, buildings and premises!!!
There are church shops and shops with cafes and a dining room!
The nicest place to spend time with family, alone and in society. You will be pleasantly surprised by a lot of what you have seen here: how church services are held, how a huge number of parishioners greet each other and congratulate each other on the holiday, the clergy, the nuns who live here in cells, the products that they make and sell themselves simply do not have enough time to count everything!!!
I strongly advise everyone to visit this place and of course see the rector, the most wonderful person who conducts services is so attractive and ordinary - you will understand all this yourself after visiting here…
A holy place. Several temples are located on the territory. There are very well maintained gardens around. You can come and pray. On Fridays, the akathist to the icon of the Mother of God "Vsetsarina" is served
A unique place under the Protection of the Most Holy Theotokos!!! At one time, Elder Nikolai Guryanov Blessed Father Andrei for the construction of the Monastery, Thank God that we have such a pearl-the St. Elizabethan Monastery!!! Holy Mother of God, Save the Holy Trinity of Russia!!!! Amen to that!!!
This monastery is just a Belarusian miracle. In a very short time, he built up and got upset. Workshops make amazing things. Cups and tea sets are works of art. And there are many more amazing and unusual things in this place. Services for which 1000 people gather.
