Nice hotel. The location is not in the center, but within walking distance - 10-15 minutes on foot to the center of tourist Bansko; a little longer to the center of Bansko itself. If there is snow and you want, you can get right on the track and drive down it to the lift. The rooms in the hotel are clean, the linen is fresh and without comments, everything worked; spacious apartments, balcony, warm. The breakfasts are quite decent. The spa is clean, the pool is transparent. I really liked it in an architectural sense.

We lived in a 3-room room (1 - 2 double bed, 2 - 2 double bed, 3 - two 2 bedrooms, above one of them there is another 2nd floor for one), I liked that it is quite spacious, beautiful view, warm, two toilets, one bathroom and a shower in one of the bedrooms. There were no problems with the water. A baby cot and high chair are provided free of charge upon request. I didn't like that there was a very small refrigerator and few dishes, even considering that we paid, in my opinion, 25 euros for an additional one. dishes. This is a pan, a small frying pan and a saucepan, a small knife, a set of salt, pepper, oil, vinegar. I really liked the pool and sauna. It is quite close to the lift, but it is better to go up to the iron bridge by car, you can park your car there for free, but you need to come to the opening and there is practically no queue, of course you need to walk up a little. A terrible playroom, it's just a room with old and dirty stuff, don't go there.

A great hotel with a large spa area. A 5-minute walk to the ski slope, but it is more comfortable to drive up the serpentine by private car
