-terrible condition of the rooms, very tired repairs, cockroaches and ants, dirty
-the staff is reluctant to answer questions and requests
- very hard mattresses, which are impossible to sleep on
- the pressure in the shower is very weak, besides, we were not provided with towels or slippers, there was not a single soap in the room
- breakfast is bad, even if you check in, it's better to have breakfast somewhere else

The hotel is in terrible condition. We were traveling to Dushanbe after a hike and decided to stay at this hotel to save time and money. The room was terrible, everything is visible in the photo, the wallpaper is peeling off, the floor is swollen with moisture, a couple of cockroaches were seen in the bathroom. The location is more or less, especially to the airport, we walked there. The staff mostly does not speak Russian.
The breakfasts are terrible, buttered fried eggs with bread

It's terribly dirty!!! Cockroaches are running around. Mold and rust in the bathroom. The room smells damp (musty smell). There was no soap. Towels and bed linen are stained and all wrinkled, as if they hadn't been changed after three people. The Internet catches only in the hallway. There is only one advantage in this hotel: it is close to the train station and the airport

The rooms are dirty, they didn't clean up in front of us, the toilet drain doesn't work, the pressure in the faucet and shower is barely there, there is no water at night, they smoke all the time right outside the door in the common corridor.The staff is reluctant to respond to requests.Of + location near the airport and railway station, near the center and furniture and spaciousness in the rooms.

The cost is floating, depending on the season or some other factors. The toilet and shower are combined, they clean very poorly. The only convenience is the location, within walking distance (10-20 minutes) from the railway station or airport. The slippers are reusable, it is very difficult to wake up the administrator at night. The only plus is quite fast Wi-Fi.
