Sakura residential complex is not the best of all new buildings in the area. The apartment has panoramic windows that let in air and it gets cool, especially during the non-heating season. There is only one elevator in the house. There are seven floors. I was disappointed that there was no ramp. I had to lift a heavy suitcase first up the stairs at the entrance, then in the very entrance to the elevator. The audibility is average. The ceilings are high.
Overall, a good location, the lapel after the esentai mall is up. The disadvantage is that the road is the only one and because of this there is constant congestion. There is one bus, not as long as in the city, but a shortened one and it shakes terribly. You have to constantly take a taxi or drive your own car, but this does not protect you from traffic jams. But after driving a little, you immediately leave for Alfarabi. There is no underground parking in the yard and all cars are parked along the road. There is a football indoor playground. There is a minimarket in the courtyard. Security at the barrier. There is no place to walk a dog or a child on the territory. We dug up all the pipes, as they were originally made poorly. The house was not damaged in the earthquake.

It's a great place, there's no noise. City transport drives. The residential complex is fenced, entry is only for residents, special transport. The air is clean, in summer it is pleasantly cool. There is no worse place than this LCD. There is no water all the time, neither hot nor cold. There is no cellular connection at all, for example, Beeline. I can't get through or finish writing if there is no wi-fi. Roads and yards are just all dug up. But the pools are whole. Think 300 times to rent an apartment here, and I'm not talking about buying.

The yard is nice. And the view from the window is straight to the mountains, there are no words at all. The location is great because it is located in the city, but it is so quiet. Almost no cars, signals and fuss are heard.
A good LCD, everything is good ecology, location except one! THERE'S A BROKEN ROAD IN THE TRASH! If you have a low car, you can forget about a trip to visit!

In general, it's not bad, there are 2 swimming pool areas in each for adults and children, there is no underground parking, one small elevator in each block. The apartments are warm, the layouts are free.
The LCD is nice, but it will be possible to live normally here in 3 years, when the owners finish the repairs, and the developer will redo all the jambs. They are constantly digging up something, digging up dirt everywhere, there is still no road to the sports ground.
Plus, traffic jams are terrible in the morning. We are shooting, but I definitely would not recommend buying here. Next to the Remizovka residential complex, everything is much neater and looks nicer.

The idea is excellent, the execution is two-fold- the developer Rams has not yet brought to mind communications, water supply and sewerage are just in terrible condition, there is a sewer stink on the territory, everything is done through one place...I won't name which one.
