On July 2, at about 7.30 pm, my family came to the restaurant located in the Dana Mall shopping center. While we were studying the menu, our 3-year-old son, who was standing next to us, was knocked down by an employee of this institution with a trolley stand. He fell, dishes flew from the counter to the floor, something fell on his head, he scratched his leg with shards until it bled. Naturally, the child was very scared and cried, and held his head. We took him out of the order area in order to calm him down and inspect for damage. At this time, the staff of the institution continued to work as if nothing had happened. NO one came up and apologized or, more importantly, asked about the child's condition or offered any help. Although we saw perfectly well that the baby was crying and we were wiping the blood from his leg. Of course, after calming down our son, we immediately left there.
This attitude primarily indicates the absence of any "human" qualities among the people working there. Of course, the service, which is at a low level, is no less important. In general, I practically exclude visiting this institution in the future, or recommending it to someone. I recommend that the management conduct staff training more often and carefully monitor the level of service. Well, I wish the staff would not be in our situation
