Good evening! I never write reviews and am loyal to the joints in the dishes. But I will remember today's incident with the order for the rest of my life!!! We ordered 2 Salmon pastas from Salateira via Yandex, we order them very often, they are always brought from Olesheva Street. We ordered it today, and we are still terrified!!! It's like the pasta has been on the floor, it's dirty and in the sand with stones!!! The most terrible thing is that it was discovered already while eating in the mouth! I still have the feeling of sand on my teeth! The pasta is not salty and overcooked, everything floated in water, but it does not compare to SAND!
Both pastas went to the trash. Yandex refunded the money for 1 paste, but they are not to blame, and the sand has already been eaten. I don't even want to think about where he's been and where the dirt came from.
We have been regular customers of your network, but after that we will be afraid to order anything.

Today, on 07.11.2024, I visited the Salateira restaurant at the address Minsk Olesheva 5.
We went with our daughter specifically to eat a salad, and as a result, the hungry left with terrible impressions.
The first shock was from dirty glasses in which there was water with lemon and a mint leaf, there were not just dried water stains, they were in traces from fingers and lips when salads were cooked, the next shock happened from the plates they saw, they were literally dirty, in a greasy coating, on my plate there was dried food from below, there were fingerprints on the devices, I assume the seller took them with dirty hands and put them in a bag!
I turned to the seller, she said that the plate was like this after the dishwasher, it was just the water dried up so much)) (apparently they do not know in the catering establishment that dishes and appliances need to be rubbed after drying so that there are no streaks), the seller went to the counter with plates and called me to choose a plate for herself))
I came over, she wiped the plate with a dry napkin and handed it to me, it was so dirty , with a greasy coating and there was dried food on the bottom 😡
I said that I refuse to eat in this pigsty and demanded to return the amount of money paid to me!
The unsanitary conditions in this institution are complete, there were no people when we arrived, the seller is sitting in an empty institution and cannot put things in order there, the windows are all stained, the floor is dirty, the windows are dirty, the dishes are in terrible condition, and the seller is sitting resting, horror!!! I recommend the owners to pay attention to the health of employees, the seller of pizza squelched snot in her nose, a person still works with food!!!
