I am here now to say something.. beautiful views, a pleasant place, I don't want to swim, the water is cold even in August. It is a very quiet place, you can sit on a bench and enjoy the silence and the air. It's not worth going on purpose)

Crater lake in southwestern Turkey, within the boundaries of Burdur district. The surface area of the lake is 45 km2. It is one of the deepest lakes in Turkey, with a depth of 185 meters. Some sources claim that Lake Salda is the third deepest lake in the world. And the deepest in the world? Of course, our Baikal is 1642 meters deep. White sandy beaches, clear water and seven crystal white islets in the lake complete the landscape. And the snow–white shores are the result of natural deposits, which are based on magnesite, dolomites and limestone. Well, how can I not say about the special type of clay of this lake, which is believed to help with various dermatological diseases. Lake Salda is one of two places in the world that have the characteristics of the planet Mars. The other is located in northern Canada. This is because the white clay soil on the shores of Lake Salda also exists on Mars. The waters of the lake are hard and highly alkaline. Magnesium is this mineral that gives the sand a white color. In fact, when something stayed in the lake for a long time, what remained turned white.
A really beautiful lake!!!!
We were in the car and stopped by to explore the lake on the way. To go on a special tour, it's too much for this lake.
It is impossible to enter the snow-white beach, it is fenced and a minibus goes from the parking lot to the observation deck.
The next beach you can go to is not far away.
I read on other resources that Salda is the Turkish Maldives, but this is far from the case!!!!!
Of course, there are plenty of landscapes for photos here!!!!
