The hotel is very weak
I had a vacation in August 2023 for the first time in Turkey, and as they say, I GOT THERE!!!After seeing the hotel, the room and all the infrastructure around the hotel, I wanted to fly back home immediately, I was shocked to see our condition, our compatriots came up to us, thank them very much and calmed us down a little, supported us!It was as if we were in the past, in a Soviet pioneer camp, 50 years ago, some small houses and a veranda on the street under a canopy, which is called a restaurant or whatever it is. The food is as meager and monotonous as in the camps. The rooms are very cramped, I was with my daughter and it saved me because the bathroom door wouldn't close. And the biggest sadness is that there is no private beach! That's why we flew to the sea, even though their website says it has its own beach! You also have to walk down a narrow street past dumpsters to get there.There is no free space on the beach to even put your towels on the sand, there are small pebbles with sand, everything is filled with the sun beds of neighboring hotels, we wanted to hang our bag with things and phone on the umbrella hook so that it would not lie under our feet while we were swimming, without occupying the sunbed, although it is free, to us Immediately, a guard runs up and starts saying something to us in her own way with a menacing look. We didn't enjoy our vacation at all, but the sea and the views around it and the city itself are beautiful, choose a better hotel, we were led by beautiful photos and probably bought reviews!

We had a rest in September 2023.
I chose a hotel in Bodrum for a very long time, I wanted it to be close to the city, and to the sea, and to be clean, and everything was fine with the food.
This hotel has covered all needs for 5+
The staff is very polite, always trying to help. The rooms were cleaned well, instead of tips we left our Alenka chocolates and they were always cleaned perfectly.
The food is sooo delicious, fresh, varied, I haven't had enough in 11 days, on the contrary, I miss it now 😂
The beer is also delicious, full-bodied, I didn't really like the wine, but it's generally strange in Turkey, to my taste.
The pool and sun beds are clean, the sun beds are very comfortable. The sea is 1-2 minutes away, and the hotel does not have its own beach, but it is not needed, we sunbathed by the pool and went just to swim in the sea.
Near the hotel there is a Migros and a bus stop from which you can reach Bodrum in 15 minutes. There is also a Mandarin pharmacy nearby (5 minutes walk).
Seals on the territory are a separate love 😻
If I go back to Bodrum, I will definitely stay here! ❤️

We had a rest with a large group of friends on September 25-October 5, 2023. We arrived on a fitness tour. Dance zumba at sunset on the seashore.
According to the service-a solid three. As stated
From the pros: large rooms, a large swimming pool with a large number of sun beds, we were not hungry, there was alcohol, the sea is not far away. The sun is warm, the sea is clear, beautiful views on the beach.
Of the cons: Wi-Fi barely pulls. Even at the reception. We used the Internet at night.
The hotel does not have a beach. We went to the right for 2 km to a cafe with pink sunbeds. We rested there for fresh or ayran. There was Wi-Fi, polite staff, beautiful views.
There is a lot of bleach in the pool. In the end, they could not swim there- irritation went on the skin. And there is an unpleasant smell of garbage from the tanks behind the fence.
Cleaning: towels were changed every 3 days and garbage was taken out. Everything. They didn't clean the toilet downstairs at the bar for three days. It was unpleasant to go there.
Alcohol selection is small. Tired on the third day. We drank gin with schweppes from the store, cheap wine with ice. They took beer a couple of times, but everyone who drank it had a swollen stomach. They didn't take any more chances.
On the day of departure after 12 they do not feed. Only tea, water. The transfer was at 20 40.
There is no sound insulation in the room. Until 23 00, the music in the hotel opposite will entertain you.
But this is all expected.
I ruined the impression of a $300 bill 20 minutes before the transfer. They said that our friend, who came to visit the hotel, lived with us. She didn't live with us. I came to chat. We met her on the 2nd day of rest on the beach. He has been living in Turkey for six months. The whole hotel has known her for a long time. She had lunch with us a couple of times and drank a couple of glasses of wine. It didn't cost $300. There was no time to deal with the police. We were shouted at, threatened, brought to tears. They left with an empty wallet and shattered nerves to the airport. For some reason, this issue could not be raised at 12:00 during the eviction. Very similar to a divorce. Be careful. I will not return to this hotel again. And the whole impression of the vacation was spoiled.

I had a rest in September, a great cozy threesome , the rooms are clean and cozy. The staff became like family in 10 days , they will always help , friends rested in neighboring threes and even with four in the neighborhood, the hotel is more advantageous in terms of cleanliness and goodies in the dining room and in the atmosphere . There is a lot of variety in the food , but everything is very tasty and fresh. There was a grill the next day . The beach is small, 5 minutes walk along the shore , there are always places . If friends came, no one turned them away like in other hotels. It is very sincere and comfortable. There is a cafe nearby where you can connect to WiFi. I recommend it, I will definitely come back!!!

A modest, pleasant, very nice hotel. It's budget-friendly, so we didn't expect any special frills from it. But everything is so homely, friendly staff, delicious food. And the sea is very close. Overall, we had a very good rest here for a week in July 2023.

A simple but quite cozy hotel. For the money that it costs, everything is fine. The food is edible and fresh, the choice is small, but there is. It is advisable to come at the beginning, by the end of lunches / dinners there is little left. The rooms are ascetic, there are very tiny ones, where the three of us were first accommodated with a child. It is convenient that the buildings have only two floors, so there are a minimum of neighbors and silence at night. The main disadvantage is LOUD MUSIC all day long and there is no getting away from it. The repertoire is also strange, it was strange to hear Russian rap with obscenities. Moreover, there were children around. The main advantage is the hotel's BEACH, or rather a piece of land between the beaches. Almost empty and in the best place in Gumbet. Without algae, music and crowds. Like all the other beaches nearby. In general, I recommend the hotel for those who are looking for a quiet home option just for living, without animation, discos, etc.

We had a vacation with a friend in September for a week.We were settled in a 2-bed room, which was very pleasant, the staff was kind and polite, they told us everything and escorted us to the beach. Music plays by the pool in the afternoon and evening, but the hotel is really family-run. The food is modest without variety- corresponds to the stated 3%. Along the hotel on the way to the beach, the garbage cans are not very pleasant, but you can ignore them) I do not recommend taking excursions from the hotel guide Igor Korobkov, he deceived us and other tourists with the description of the tour, they paid $ 67, he simply ignored our claims. In general, the hotel is more suitable for families with children.

A great homely little hotel. We had a rest in early August. The sea becomes warm by August 5-10. It's a pity, they give you fish once a week. And the internet is very slow. Otherwise, it is very good. The staff is the best! Management is on top. Everything always works, everything is intact, very clean. The kitties are awesome! To the staff - a separate respect! The location is great! Nearby there are discos and shopping Within walking distance. The sea is very close. The beach is clean and well maintained. In general, they keep an eye on everything there! Just great fellows! I want to come back!

We had a rest with friends from August 25 to September 04. The hotel is not big. The first impression is a shock, there is old furniture at the reception. But it's not that important. The staff was friendly. The room was cleaned extremely rarely, the bed linen was not changed at all. The sea is very clean, there is sand and small pebbles and it is close to the hotel. The food was not bad. Especially the pastries are very tasty. There was never any fish (but we were unlucky), but chicken in all its manifestations. Special thanks to Diloval, this is a lifesaver, he speaks Russian well and always helps. Many thanks to the bartenders Tygart and Darvesh for the positive.In general, the rest was a success.

Disgusting hotel, poor quality food. Flies fly when eating. They eat outside under a canopy. There are garbage cans on the way to the sea. There is no private beach. Why do they offer such a hotel for recreation??? This is some kind of mockery.

A nice, small, cozy hotel. There is a private pool and access to the sea, but there are not many sun beds. They cook delicious. The staff is friendly and treats Russians well.

Great hotel! Although we haven't had a rest in 3 * for a long time and there is something to compare it with. The hotel is quiet, family-run, with no evening programs.
We had a family vacation (2 children + 2 children) in a family room (large room; 2 rooms). The food is excellent, the sea is nearby, the staff is friendly.
We liked everything!

There are not many reviews about the hotel, I decided to leave my own, returned 3 days ago:
- the condition of the hotel is average, we were given the most defective room, it is probably 6 squares. Apparently, it was written on our faces that we would not be sitting in the room
- there are big problems with hot water, we went to the reception every day and asked us to turn it on
- cleaning, it wasn't there, it wasn't there at all. Twice during the week of rest, someone came and, oh my God, changed the towels
- beach: dilapidated sun beds, mattresses are never cleaned, there is no shower on the beach
-food: there was fish once a week, and so get ready to eat chicken in all its manifestations and semi-finished cutlets
There are also positive aspects, there are few of them, but they are able to negate the above:
- the sea is clean, transparent
-on the beach of the hotel there are always free (albeit antediluvian) sun beds and there are no people in the sea, because the entrance is not convenient for everyone
-convenient location for trips to the center of Bodrum and nightlife in general
