I came to the opening at 10:00. I wanted to book tickets for a couple of sessions. I was told that at least they are launching a film for 2 people... I asked what the difference is whether there will be 2 people sitting on the film or one... I got the answer saying it's not profitable. By the way, there is a hall for 50 people. I do not recommend this cinema. I read negative reviews, I thought it was fake. Customer relations are at zero. I will not visit this cinema anymore. The whole day is ruined, time is wasted
The best cinema in Tashkent! Movies and sound are at the highest level. The quality of service is at the highest level. The cashiers are very polite and support my humor. The bartender at the bar is just great, polite, attentive and courteous. The VIP lounge and the Hollywood Lounge are just great. The chairs are simply amazing. The problem is only in the pink room, the chairs are a little uncomfortable, it is impossible to sit for a long time. And so everything is great. Thank you so much for being there! The more I learn about the format of this cinema, the more awesome I get. 1. You CANNOT buy a ticket for the session online. 2. You can buy a ticket ONLY on the day of the session. 3. You can come to the film and find out that it will NOT be shown because not enough viewers have gathered. Only the comfort of being in the VIP lounge deserves a star - it is still the best in Tashkent.
It is impossible to think of a more Uzbek form of doing business. As your client, I am dissatisfied and as soon as I find another comfortable cinema, I will not return to you.
