I'll start from the very beginning - we decided to pierce the ears of a 6-month-old daughter. We looked at a large number of reviews on the Internet, on different sites - it all came down to the Celebrity salon. We called and made an appointment for 14:00. When day X came, at 13:30 the Administrator called us and clarified whether we would be there or not, to which we said everything was OK, wait for us at 14. Then at 13:50 we receive a call from master Svetlana: "Where are you going? Can you do it faster? I have to leave!" these and other phrases were heard from her 10 minutes before the start. We came to the Celebrity salon at 13:58, the Receptionist met us, after choosing stud earrings, we saw Svetlana who returned from a smoke break (with an acrid, characteristic smell). She invited one of the parents and the child into the office (to the question, why only 1? she said that the office is too small, everything will not fit). Before starting the procedure, Svetlana took a pistol and tried to use it at idle (about 3-4 times), making marks on her ears, she began to aim, to the question "Why without gloves?" we received the answer - "They are not needed! there will be no blood, everything is OK!" At that moment, I went up to this "small" office, which is actually a normal size, and I start shooting videos (after all, memory), Svetlana notices this and says, "No need to shoot a video!" but my question is "Why?" she ignores and gets to work. The crucial moment, the shot, the child is crying (well, that's understandable) - and then Svetlana says "The ear is not pierced, it won't work, let's do it another time!", saying this, she tries to remove the gun with the earring from her ear, after which she turns around and leaves! We are at a loss to go to the administrator to collect the money. Svetlana tells the administrator that the gun is broken, it does not work, the ear could not be pierced! When we went outside, we noticed that the child's ear was bleeding, we returned (we had already put our thoughts together in our head), demanded explanations and at least sterile cotton wool! When asked why this happened, because the child did not jerk his head, sat quietly, why it did not work to pierce his ear, we heard only one thing - "Bad gun! I've had this before, it's not my fault it's a bad gun!" After wiping the blood and looking closely at the ear, we notice that there is a puncture! only it is made above the mark! to which Svetlana said, "There is a puncture, only the gun is bad and it did not snap the mount!". We left, the receptionist caught up with us, she asked for forgiveness (personally on her own behalf and on behalf of the salon, which Svetlana did not do), listened to us and informed us that she had passed the information to the director (owner). A couple of hours later, the Director dialed us - she wanted to figure out what happened, said that Svetlana was a professional and she could not be mistaken... She offered us a "favor." We refused because we came there for a high-quality ear piercing service. Now we are interested in the dismissal of Svetlana and the ban on her work in this area. After we left, we analyzed this situation for a long time and came to the conclusion: Svetlana was in a hurry to go somewhere, so she called and told us to come earlier, she forbade us to come to the office not because "the office is small", but because she is afraid (or studying), for the same reason she did not want me to shoot a video. This post might not have happened with her adequate behavior, namely, To ask for forgiveness, admit her guilt, instruct us what to do in such a situation and how to take care of an extra puncture, ask for forgiveness, promise to provide this service when this puncture heals and of course ask for forgiveness (yes 3 times).
