I ordered two bouquets on March 4 for March 8, placed the order physically while in the store, showing the administrator photos of bouquets from the site. There were 2 items in the order, one was supposed to be delivered to the specified address (from 8 to 11 in the morning), the second was left in the store for pickup (which I separately specified twice).
- The flowers that looked like daisies (anemones or something else, I don't know), because of which the bouquet was chosen, were in such a state as if a goat had previously dined with them (I attach a photo of them from the disassembled bouquet).
- Instead of delivering one bouquet, 2 arrived, which is why I had to change my plans, call a taxi and go to hand over the second one not as planned.
- Substitute flowers that are put in place of seasonal ones and the information about which I quote is 'on the website'. Yes, but I carried out the order not on the website, but on the spot, and this moment could quite be clarified and agreed on what would be replaced (on March 4, there was no queue and there was no emergency).
A little advice to you: in general, it is advisable to place information of this kind either directly in the product card, or create a separate section, but certainly not write about the composition of the bouquet in the 'delivery and payment' section ...
Well, actually what prompted me to write this review, namely, discussing the situation in the chat (the correspondence was conducted from the girl's account):
1) When asked about the confusion with delivery, I was told that in the city of avral and couriers can not cope. But that's what couriers have to do with it, the store employees give the bouquets to the delivery, so this is their mistake.
2) When asked what happened to the flowers-analogues of daisies, I was informed that today is 'not an ordinary day', March 8th! How this should affect the quality of the product, which was ordered 4 days before, especially ordered for the first half of the day, from 8 to 11 in the morning, is also not clear to me.
3) Perhaps the most important thing is that the dialogue was conducted not in the key of solving the problem, but in the key: Yes, yes, yes, congratulations, all the best to you, we screwed up there and also there, well, today is March 8, so we are forgiven, so sorry and ciao. March 8 is a day for the flower business that shows the competence and coherence of the team.
I am sorry that on a holiday I have to write such a review, but it is well deserved. I give 2 stars, because I have ordered bouquets from you more than once before and the impressions were good, but in the last 2 visits they have deteriorated.

Холодильник для цветов не большой,но все необходимое есть. Больше всего стоит посетить этот магазин даже не из-за цветов,а просто получить эстетическое удовольствие от представленных сувениров,ваз и многого другого.я предполагаю если придете просто посмотреть,то обязательно что нибудь захочется купить.

Не советую покупать у данного магазина. Обманывают, онлайн менеджеры общаться с клиентами не умеют, работать не хотят.
Собирают букеты из дешевых цветов, а не из тех, которые предоставлены на сайте с определенной суммой. Даже по внешнему виду он будет не похож. Просто ужасная работа, куда смотрит директор.
