The salon is large, the selection of dresses is good, but the service is not at the appropriate level. There was a misunderstanding with the fitting of the dress: at the conclusion of the contract, measurements were taken from me and a date was set when the dress could be picked up. When it was time to pick up, they called me and asked when to expect me for measurements. It turned out that the measurements were not taken off me, the seamstress takes them off, but no one explained this to me and we just lost time (a month). There were 2 weeks left before the wedding!! I planned to pick up the dress earlier, but I had to do everything in a hurry and run to the salon right before the wedding, when there are so many worries. I did not like that the consultants did not immediately explain how their process was going on, although I asked. There are no complaints about the dress and the seamstress, but the consultants lack qualifications
Customer orientation at the level. I was passing by the salon and decided to go in, take a look at the availability of wedding dresses. By the way, there were a couple of people in the cabin. A free employee met me on the doorstep and asked if I had an appointment. When she heard my story of coming to them, she handed me a booklet and told me not to come in without an appointment and escorted me out of the salon.
Thank you, I won't come back to you and I won't recommend it to anyone.
But you could have done something else: take a tour of the salon, consult, tell the work schedule and offer free time for recording.
This was my first experience of visiting a wedding salon, it's a pity that it was so unsuccessful.
