I was very worried about how to choose the dress of my dreams, Elena understood me with a few words, of course, she brought several dresses to choose from, but that was exactly what was among them and I quickly realized it!!!! Your salon was the only one I went to for a fitting. Elena also helped to choose all the necessary accessories, the image turned out to be very delicate, but at the same time, thanks to the train, the dress was simply divine!!! I have received many wonderful compliments!!!Throughout the celebration, I felt like a queen and enjoyed every minute of it!!!!!! The salon is large, the selection of dresses is good, but the service is not at the appropriate level. There was a misunderstanding with the fitting of the dress: at the conclusion of the contract, measurements were taken from me and a date was set when the dress could be picked up. When it was time to pick up, they called me and asked when to expect me for measurements. It turned out that the measurements were not taken off me, the seamstress takes them off, but no one explained this to me and we just lost time (a month). There were 2 weeks left before the wedding!! I planned to pick up the dress earlier, but I had to do everything in a hurry and run to the salon right before the wedding, when there are so many worries. I did not like that the consultants did not immediately explain how their process was going on, although I asked. There are no complaints about the dress and the seamstress, but the consultants lack qualifications
