"VERY TERRIBLE" - I went into this salon to find out if they were doing ear piercings or not. The receptionist said yes, but the master is not in place. (I myself am not from Nikolaev 100 km away, which they were notified about). I told him exactly what I needed (not just to punch with a gun, but with a needle...)She called the master and explained all the details to him. I was told to arrive at 14.00, the amount will already include the earring. After a walk around the city, I arrived at the specified time and was taken to the master. It turned out that the so-called "master" did not take a tool with him at all except for some 1 incomprehensible needle + she also did not take the promised earring. Other normal salons are already closed, it's time to leave. She could explain the only constructive speech in her negligence and illiteracy in this type of service with the word "well, I'm sorry"
