They do not respect the client, they do not value his time! I signed up at this salon for hair polishing, they said I had free time at six o'clock in the evening. I canceled my plans to make it in time. They called at twenty minutes to six, asked me to postpone the procedure for half an hour, I agreed, because it was not a critical waste of time. I came to the salon at 6.30 pm, the master was not free yet and I had to wait another HOUR! After that time, they couldn't even tell me when I could get to the master, since they had a girl on alignment and it took a long time. My patience ran out, and I left there. I also wanted to sign up for eyebrow correction, but I no longer have the desire to contact them. I have a question for you, if you charge money for your services, maybe you need to think better about organizing your work?
