We signed a contract, said the German profile of REHAU, made an advance payment, on the second day I found errors in the contract, the wrong profile was registered on the loggia, I called them back, they did not like that I pointed out many mistakes, they said they could not meet the needs, director Andrey from Minsk behaved rudely, brought me to stress, after Why do I have health problems so far, from worries
bleeding opened, I went to the hospital, one operation, at the end of October the second, the money was returned after 2-3 weeks, the profile is Russian, manufactured in Russia at the Maximform factory and the stickers on the windows of REHAU do not correspond to the originals of REHAU, I asked for a quality certificate, documents were not provided, refused.
They disrupted all the construction work that should have been done after installing windows, walls, ceilings, and so on.
I do not recommend it!!!

The site offers a German profile, provides samples of a German profile from 15 years ago, buys a Maximform plant in Russia, a Russian profile, the director from Minsk, Andrey, told me to prove it, nowhere in the contract is it written that this is a German profile…

I suffered terrible moral damage, which led to health problems, although I had not been ill before, I was healthy.
I do not recommend it!!!

The company has installed a high window in an old private house at a decent quality level.
I was satisfied with the installation process at all stages, and my relatives also liked the result.
Positive:
- During the first call, the manager correctly calculated the estimated cost according to my preliminary measurements and wishes, which subsequently changed only slightly
- At the on-site measurement, the process engineer consulted in detail on a number of issues, assured of the reliability of the profile and fittings, insisted on installing a two-chamber double-glazed window, although at first I had thoughts of installing a single-chamber one to lighten the weight of the high sash
- The installation is done carefully and accurately
Minuses:
- The expectation of manufacturing the product exceeded the stated deadlines: during the telephone consultation, a period of about 3 weeks was stipulated, it increased to 3-4 on measurements, but in fact it turned out to be about 5
Features:
- The brightness decreases slightly due to the three glasses and a small mirror effect
- The outer glass has a coating that reflects blue and ultraviolet rays, as a result of which the picture outside the window acquires a light lukewarm shade
There is still no long-term experience in using the product, but at first glance the design is stable and reliable, the mechanisms work clearly, the sash opens and closes very smoothly.
The full cost of the window in the photo in the average configuration, together with delivery and installation, for November-December 2023 amounted to 1125 Belarusian rubles. Size in cm: 230 by 116, sash width: 80.

(4 windows + balcony).
The company is at a very high level. Pleasant consultants who understand what the customer wants: they will select the profile, fittings, glasses, etc. They give feedback quickly.
Competent installers: they work really efficiently, without fuss and conscientiously. All the garbage was cleaned up after themselves.

Many thanks to all the employees of the Panorama Window in Baranovichi. We bought a loggia. We took into account all the wishes. Energy-saving and sun-protective double-glazed windows were installed on the loggia. Now it is absolutely not hot on the sunny side. The curtains do not fade, there is no overheating of the room, and it is warm in winter. The hardware works well. I HIGHLY recommend it.

При установке оконных рам на балконе монтажники портят имущества заказчика (вырывают розетки), за дополнительные услуги называют высокую цену и если не оплачиваешь то грозятся все бросить и уехать на другой объект. Грубят.
