We ordered a wardrobe. All deadlines were disrupted (30 calendar days were given for production). At the same time, 90% of the cost of the cabinet was paid immediately after signing the contract. The delivery was reported half an hour before (think about it, half an hour before arrival! Not in a day, like normal people... in just half an hour!!!) before arrival. I barely managed to fly home from work in order to take the order. Also, it turned out to be a surprise that the closet does not fit into the elevator (of course! If it was assembled somewhere in the workshop on the outskirts by 60-70%, and not at our facility, as agreed). One pilaster was missing from the set. We have been waiting for the 2nd week for them to arrive... A scratch from a stationery knife was left on the glass when the protective polyethylene was removed. Due to the fact that the cabinet was wobbling, 2 holes were hollowed in order to fix it to the wall, but the cabinet was still wobbling! The assembly took 5(!!!) hours. From 5 pm to 10 pm(!) I do not advise anyone to contact this "office". Only the nerves and time of the customer will be wasted!
