I was on a business trip in the summer, I urgently needed to tone down. I went into this "salon" - no one at all, emptiness. I asked if there was time for today, they looked at me like I was sick, and said "Actually, everything is according to the script" and turned away. So I have no idea how they cut and dye here, but customers are clearly not welcome here.
