How is it that the 2017 review of the Altagamma salon was assigned to a salon that opened only in 2020 as a Ceramics Gallery (until 5 years ago it was called the Roca Tile and Plumbing Salon)? The ceramics gallery is not Altagamma. I will write about the Ceramics Gallery , A normal solon, nice and friendly consultants, helped with the choice , economically calculated the tile , liked the quality of the tile. I will say one thing, almost everywhere in Mogilev the tiles are the same , but the prices are different. Surprisingly, the prices in this salon were the lowest. The choice is good . Thanks to the girls for their work❤❤❤❤❤ I recommend it to everyone

Mogilev. The Altagamma store has a new service for finishing the room and laying tiles (by qualified specialists with a guarantee for work and working "conscientiously"). The tile had already been laid by other specialists, it was only necessary to fill it with an epoxy two-component STARLIKE fugue. The service of a specialist in STARLIKE epoxy double-component fugue was offered to me at the Altagamma store on Boldin Street. During the week, the master "flamaster" arrived Sergey with non-working scales, which is very important for the preparation of the solution and the further quality of the jointing with this fugue. We bought the cellulose sponge and LITONET cleaner ourselves. In 3 hours, Sergei fumbled "smeared" this word is more suitable for this "qualified specialist" seams with a spare area of 35 m2, at a price of 6 rubles m2 tile 60 60 cm and stood with a purse at the exit with foreman Gennady, who came for money. I blew up just terribly, not observing any requirements for the fugue with this fugue. The seams are not filled evenly, they are not smooth, but rough, bumpy, the fugue does not shine as it should. To wash the tile after myself, since it was sticky after the jointing, I had to ask. The next day I arrived for 30 minutes, LITONET cleaner "smeared" the solution on the tile and that's it, I wasn't even going to rinse the solution with water. After the work of the "specialist", it was still spent half a day to wash off the cleaning agent and wash the tile. On a clean tile, all the flaws are very clearly visible. I called the "specialist" Sergey and told him about the shortcomings, he did not refuse, he arrived. In 5 minutes, without spreading the puffer at all, he terribly smeared the seams with his finger and left.The stitches turned out even worse. The conclusion of a contract and a guarantee for the service provided were not even discussed. It is a pity that people treat their work this way, I am very dissatisfied with the work of this specialist.
