The service is terrible! It still does not fit into my head how it was possible to do this to clients. We signed up with my husband for a Thai massage for 2 weeks on December 30th. My husband wanted to make a gift before the New Year. Half an hour before, the receptionist called us and asked us to stay for 30 minutes, as one of the customers was late. We understand everything, so we arrived later. But when we were already parking, the administrator called us again, saying: "There has been a force majeure situation and we will not be able to receive you today.".. What is it called anyway??? It means that someone was late or paid for the whole evening and you dumped customers 10 minutes before the start of the session. This is so incompetent of you, I just don't have the words. We did not make a scandal, because we did not want to spoil our New Year's mood. But I promise that I will leave my feedback wherever possible. Let people know that you are not a reliable salon and that you are throwing your customers.
