We are satisfied with the procedure in principle (although it is a bit harsh for me) But it turned out to be a very interesting situation, the site says: "...Then they work on the open body with oil, mainly the back and shoulder area are massaged. The final stage of the procedure is a head and face massage" Why did we get a massage ONLY in pajamas, no oils were used! To which the receptionist replied: anti-stress massage does not include oil treatments. And she didn't say anything about the information on the site... she also didn't even ask if we liked the impressions! Apparently, the director was sitting on the couch next to the receptionist. There was also zero reaction, he stared at the phone and was not interested in anything else ... It was not pleasant! We must cherish our customers, otherwise they won't want to come back anymore!...
