Being guests of Vitebsk, we decided to have a snack at SALSA. We chose an institution based on reviews. The establishment is located on a pedestrian street in the tourist area of the city. Quite a cozy atmosphere, pleasant waiters and decent cuisine. In the photo: poke, potato waffles with salmon, tom yam and an alcoholic cocktail (tequila with strawberries, I forgot the name). Special thanks to the chefs!
Favorite place in the city. Very tasty, comfortable furniture, pleasant interior and music, as well as friendly staff. And it is also the only place with a separate vegan menu in the city, where there is a whole list of different positions. Another significant advantage for me is that bottled water is always served outside the order.
We looked in the morning (around 11), it is located on a pedestrian street, parking nearby may cause problems. It's nice and cozy inside. The menu is quite diverse. The staff is friendly and efficient. The only thing is that the restroom was pumped up, there were no paper towels, the dryer was on three (never a Dyson).
