It is better to choose rooms with windows to the living area, it will be quieter, and you can open the window for ventilation. A taxi arrives quickly. There is parking. From entertainment, I saw only a sauna.

Quite an attractive hotel. The staff is always friendly. It's clean and cozy. They are cleaned daily. Business travelers or just lonely people will especially like it here). I have not been to other hotels in Almaty, but I spent 2 weeks in this one with pleasure!

The service is excellent, the people are pleasant and friendly. In the room, the broken stool at the dressing table and the lack of fasteners for the shower head were a little upset. I would like a little variety in my food, I didn't have enough nuts for my morning porridge. In the end, it was a little frustrating that the girls forgot that at the very beginning we asked to pick up the entire minibar, we usually use the refrigerator, and almost billed. The hotel is very beautiful, we really liked it.
