A modern hotel. Good service, towels were changed every day, a set of shampoos and a mini bar were replenished.
There is a kettle and tea bags in the room. I haven't used it, but I think they're paid. A slightly monotonous breakfast. But if you live for 3-4 days, you won't have time to get bored. The hotel and rooms are quite clean and tidy. There are benches and gazebos in the surrounding area, you can sit with a cup of tea in the evening.
On weekends, the restaurant on the top floor is often rented for events, it can be noisy.

We chose the hotel solely based on its geographical location (the only plus) - closer to the new industrial park, so as not to waste time in traffic jams from the center. It's better to lose time in traffic jams than to lose a restful sleep.
1) At 3 a.m., we had to calm down the guests from friendly China, who continued their party right on the floor near their rooms.
2) the windows are not open - on the one hand, the Tashkent highway, on the other hand, with a beautiful view of the mountains, there is a private sector with a constantly barking dog.
3) breakfast for 3, coffee only in 3in1 bags or cheap instant. The assortment does not change.
4) the mattresses are terrible, on the third day of the stay, the back said that everything was bad.
5) the watering can in the shower pours even upstairs)))
6) cleaning after 17-18, when you already return to the room, it's probably not fate before lunch, it's just "no thanks"
7) it's beautiful only on the ground floor where the reception is, everything else has seen a lot))
In general, next time - not a foot. It's better to stand in traffic.

I liked the hotel, the staff is good, they will always solve the problem and help. I also liked the breakfasts, you can have a hearty meal. We took 2 rooms, one was clean, the second I don't know if they were in a hurry with cleaning), dust, crumbs from food. The cleaning was done so-and-so later. And in the same room, the sofa sagged, of course, it would be great if it were replaced…

Beautiful new hotel. There are pleasant staff at the reception. I liked that there is accommodation for half a day. Good, delicious breakfasts included in the price. The room is clean, a good bed, a set of hygiene products. Kettle, air conditioning, TV. I even found a condom in one of the drawers). The hotel is quiet, no one broke the silence. The view of the mountains is just amazing. But in the most hellish heat, the conduits did not work. The cleaning was not very good. Sometimes they changed the towels selectively. One will be replaced, the other will not. There are questions about the service. The keys to the safe were never found, and this issue was resolved for a couple of days, as a result, a new safe was brought. In general, somehow it wasn't boring :))

It's the worst hotel we've ever been to, and I have to go to various hotels in different cities very often for work. The linen is so "dirty" that it is disgusting to even take towels in your hands. Breakfast is a separate story. 3 in 1 coffee.

A three-star hotel.
Cons:
- far from the center, there is an eternal traffic jam on the bridge on the way to the hotel
- the hotel is located by the road, if the windows are on this side, you can hear noise all night, flashing lights
- there is no shopping center or grocery store near the hotel. Industrial zone, car repair shops.
- breakfast is terrible. Coffee is only 3 in 1. There is no coffee machine here. Milk for cereal is only cold. The food consists of pilaf (without meat), sausage, pie with this sausage and pizza with this sausage. One day there were French fries. Porridge. Very, very sparse.
- they moved from room to room without warning. It's still a pleasure to carry things, especially when you're already leaving tomorrow
-there are no mosquito nets on the windows
- the closet smells damp

(then I booked another room for a colleague again), and then I canceled the second order and the first one, like you got confused yourself, due to the influx of tourists, there are no rooms in this hotel. It's late in the evening, there are several hours left before departure, arrival in Almaty at night. I called the hotel directly.Many thanks to the girl at the reception who said that Ozone had booked the room, then canceled the reservation, but we will not leave you on the street, we will check in at night in one option. Upon arrival, they gave a smoking room on the ground floor, everything is completely decent for living, including the bar) breakfast for 5th floor in the restaurant is modest, but you will not stay hungry. It will go to spend the night 1 time. I wouldn't stay for a longer time. Two-room suite on the 1st floor - a view of the avenue with a constant stream of cars, a gas station and a store. The room is untidy, the curtains are burnt, dirty, they do not normally close the room from the street. The faucet in the shower is something that looks creepy, and when you turn on the shower, the water flies out of the hose in different directions. There is not enough lighting in the room. And of course, there is a bonus in the drawer in the form of contraceptives, it is of course wonderful that the hotel management cares about the health of customers, but it suggests certain thoughts that the rooms are used for appropriate purposes. The linen and towels were clean, as well as bathrobes and hygiene kits, slippers, and a hairdryer. Good Internet, desks for work. Soft mattresses. Breakfast is quite good (tea, compote, kefir, milk, 3 types of cereals, scrambled eggs, pastries, vegetables, yogurt). It was noisy, apparently there was some kind of event upstairs, but after 11 p.m. the music was turned off. We wanted to use the spa area (go to the sauna or hammam), but there was a child with us, they said that it was not allowed with children, this is the first time we come across such a thing (again, it makes you wonder why). There is a parking lot.

The hotel is far from the center - in the morning and in the evening you have to stand in traffic jams. Inside, everything is strange too: we lived in the most charged suite, while the carpet was burnt, the bed linen had to be refilled on its own, there was an incomprehensible buzz in the bathroom. The pillows are low and uncomfortable.
Breakfast is creepy: nescafe in a jar, some kind of chicken with rice and mayonnaise salad
I do not recommend it and do not understand where the 4-star hotel comes from

I held a wedding in this complex, a sooo good hall, which is not unimportant, the waiters for each table have their own, this is also a big plus, I can't say from the menu, because the administrator said I can't put you in this hall, because you will also have to be included in the guest list, which is not very convenient, as a result we were left hungry, it is not possible for me to go to another hall, neither for the presenter, nor for the DJ and the cameramen either. You can somehow solve this by putting up a sign, for example, a toastmaster and that's it. As it is, everything is fine. And the wedding was held at the highest level.
