I brought a key and a chip for manufacturing yesterday (04/20/2025). As a result, neither the key came up, nor the chip did not work. Does the master exactly match his qualifications? As a result, I redid it today in another branch in Russiyanova (thanks a lot to the master, I fixed everything qualitatively)

They brought 4 keys for production (Hippo shopping center, Goretsky 2). Of the four, only one opened the lock. They brought three that did not fit , so that the master would fix it. We came home, they still don't fit. After another visit and my question "what's the problem?" the master silently threw the money and took the keys. Boorish attitude towards clients and unprofessional attitude to work.
