They brought 4 keys for production (Hippo shopping center, Goretsky 2). Of the four, only one opened the lock. They brought three that did not fit , so that the master would fix it. We came home, they still don't fit. After another visit and my question "what's the problem?" the master silently threw the money and took the keys. Boorish attitude towards clients and unprofessional attitude to work.
An organization that is not interested in customers. They came to change the battery in the watch and were rude on the move. We will not contact you anymore and we will advise our friends to avoid it
Replacing the battery in the watch, making keys, sharpening knives and scissors. Everything is fast and high-quality. There are no complaints about these functions.
However, the master who is sitting there is some kind... "unfriendly" or something...
But that's not why I didn't score 5 points. I left my wristwatch for repair. Branded, but NOT mega-expensive. After a while, the master called and said that the repair would cost almost as much as the cost of the watch. Naturally, this price did not suit me.
Of course, after that, I turned to another workshop specializing in watch repair. The price in the other was more than 2 times less.
I want to express my gratitude to Master Alexander, who works at Dana Mall. 31. 08 2023, he made a duplicate key. To be honest, I've already lost all hope... I visited many workshops.. Then there is no blank, then the made key does not turn in the lock... We were already thinking of buying a new door lock. And it's just a miracle that such a master was found! Thanks a lot to him! Quickly! High quality! I recommend it!
I handed over a 3pcs watch to replace the battery. The first question I asked the master was, do they replace the battery in a Swiss watch? I told the story of how the master broke one of my watches. She said to be very careful. Then I noticed a crack on the dial. The master denies his guilt. Although he said himself that he closed these particular watches under pressure. Working with watches, I understand that if it was my fault, a blow, etc., then the glass would initially break, and then, as a result, the dial would crack. I wrote a complaint. I received an answer in which the crack was called a "scratch" And of course there is no fault of the master. We're going to sue now!!! I will definitely bring it to the end and the company will take the watch for itself and will remember me with a "kind word". It's a pity that I didn't read the reviews about the Sam-Masters workshops. Professionalism is at zero. See you in court!!!

I ordered a duplicate key, it was done very quickly, I didn't even have to walk and qualitatively) well done, guys!
I bought a watch with a metal bracelet. They didn't fit me in size. And I turned to SAM-MASTERS in order to have my bracelet shortened.
I came to the workshop. He gave me the watch. The master started making them. At least 10 minutes have passed. They returned my watch and also gave me a bag with extra spare parts.
Without leaving the workshop, I noticed that my bracelet had been scratched. I left SAM MASTERS dissatisfied.
With a watch on my hand, I walked for about 5 hours. And suddenly, the new watch fell apart. The sleeve connecting the links fell out of the bracelet. I caught the clock on the fly.
As it turned out, the bushings in the links were not fixed. It was enough to shake your hand a little, as the two bushings installed by the master jumped out of the links themselves (the result of which is visible in the photo).
As it turned out, the bushings had to be fixed with hollow cylinders embedded in the links. By the way, in a bag with extra spare parts it turned out that there are only 3 hollow cylinders, and they are laid inside the link in order to fix the sleeve. And then the question arises: "Why did they give away 3 cylinders?" If one cylinder is used to fix one sleeve, then there should have been either 2 extra cylinders (if they were laid in links) or 4 (if they were not laid). Because both links on the bracelet fell apart, it was concluded that the cylinders were not laid at all. This means that 1 hollow cylinder was not returned to the bag with extra spare parts.
The SAM-MASTERS workshop, which I applied to, is located at the address: Minsk, Maxim Goretsky str., 2, HIPPO Hypermarket.
The watch is Huawei Watch Stainless Steel with Stainless Steel Link Band.
The date of writing the review is 12.11.2017.
The date of contacting the workshop is 11.11.2017 at about 17.15.
I trusted SAM-MASTERS. And as a result, I almost ended up with a broken watch for $ 350. Will I go to the SAM MASTERS again? No. And certainly not for the repair of watches.
Total:
* SAM-MASTERS scratched the bracelet on the watch;
* SAM-MASTERS shortened the bracelet so that it fell apart on the same day;
* I didn't get all the details of the bracelet from SAM-MASTERS, which turned out to be "superfluous";
* the process of working in SELF-MASTERS is not trustworthy: the master works with his back to the client. The client cannot see what the master is doing.
