It's beautiful, spacious, right on the beach. There is a store, although the prices are resort, the cheapest beer can is 800 tenge. And their kitchen is terrible, they had enough to eat there once, they were in July, now maybe something has changed. That's why I'm putting 4, because of the terrible kitchen.

I had a weekend break here in 2024. The territory is of course clean and green. But the service is still weak, weak.
Breakfast is meager: either two boiled chicken eggs or a small cup of porridge, black tea and bread with butter.
There is a place where you can roast a barbecue brought with you.
The air conditioner, though ancient and rumbling, cooled the air at night tolerably.
Electricity was provided only in the morning and in the evening.
One of the advantages is walking distance to the lake. The beach is fenced and well equipped.
We wish them all the best and hope that their service will improve after all.

Well, we spent 2024 in Samala, which is good, there are two good water slides now. I didn't want to write, but I think it's better to speak out .... the dining room just SUCKS, there is no other word, how can you spoil elementary dishes and says that I cook for 160 people and not a single bad review! And otherwise everything is fine if you do not go to the dining room, I wanted to write to the SES and the migration officer to check, but I think that my expectations will be confirmed and this dining room will be closed....

Our first visit to Balkhash. Samal liked the place of rest. But the kitchen is very bad. The povars in the kitchen were filled with negativity. And the mattress on the number we got was old and worn out. It's ugly if the price of a cafe is worth the same expensive price. The dishes are dirty, the tables are dusty.

The recreation center is just a BOTTOM!
I rested here for the first and last time!
1. WiFi works only in certain areas of the base (WiFi does not catch in the rooms).
2. The only Activ communication operator does not work stably, the Internet worked no more than 50% of the time spent at the recreation center (5 days)
3. Smokers smoke wherever they want, so if you open the window, it stinks even in the room.
4. There are no rules of accommodation, and therefore many people turn on music in their cars in the parking lot of the recreation center, who is good at what and still too loud.
5. The furniture in the rooms is all dead, the mattresses are old and the springs are sticking out of them.
6. Scoop air conditioners that are mounted directly into the window are too loud (at night they rattle).
7. Industrial refrigerators are small and loud (without a freezer).
8. The water in the washbasin is only cold (to shave, you need to use a hose from the shower, which is very inconvenient).
9. The doors are both external and to the toilet with dead locks.
10. There is a huge slow queue in the cafe in the morning.
11. Neighbors' screams, fights and fights are not uncommon at night.

The worst recreation area, the rude attitude of the administrator, cannot explain everything normally, goes into conflict immediately, leaves the conversation.
We took 2 rooms, started to move in, the bed turned out to be dirty, sand on the bed. When they came, they said about it, looked at it with a dissatisfied face and did not even go to change it, they said that they forgot to change it, how are the rooms checked upon check-in? The toilet door is broken, it doesn't close, the smell is terrible sewage. There is no hot water, they answer all these questions, we know that's all. In the second room, the toilet door is broken, the light was not on. They asked to change the light bulb, they said we would bring it and change it ourselves. When you come on vacation, you also need to change the light bulbs. The tables are all sticky, the garbage does not run away in the bins. The sockets in the rooms are broken, the mattress was given all torn, There are no conditions for such money, parking is paid, nothing was said about it. At the expense of the kitchen, I do not know how they cook there, but my stomach was still spinning after a couple of days of rest, according to conversations, many people go to eat elsewhere, the refrigerator was still running in the room. Verdict if you want to have a good rest, it is better not to visit this place, it does not correspond to the price

The administrator was constantly walking and chasing everyone, spoiling the rest.It is possible to go outside after 23 pm, but it is very difficult to get back.The woman on the beach at 7 p.m. was already chasing everyone by the numbers.
