For baking: moderate sugar, no vanilla (which is the most important thing, and I assume to mask low-quality ingredients), high-quality condensed milk and other ingredients, at a fairly affordable price. But in terms of service, you still need to learn, including from the Orenburg Winnie the Pooh. Take the idea and open a bakery shop where they cook behind glass, there is also a cafe for children with animation and maybe a restaurant. But that's my personal opinion.
