This is the coolest hotel in Almaty, the air is a kind of spa, everything is like in a fairy tale 1001 nights! I love morning breakfasts in nature at any time of the year! The staff is polite, the rooms are clean and comfortable!!!

I travel very often for work and I like to relax in different countries. I always have great respect for good service, cleanliness, and celebrate food. What I can say is good - excellent breakfasts and proximity to Cimbulac.
Of the cons. Old furniture, cracked tiles on the balcony, I almost hurt my leg, there is no table and chairs on the balcony, the windows are right on the road. Good sound insulation, but if you open the window, the Speedy racers are in all their glory all night.
On the very first night, she started coughing, after taking antihistamines, it became clear that she was allergic. I looked at how they were cleaning - something was vacuumed and that's it, and there was carpet everywhere - both in the corridors and in the rooms and old curtains a la drapes. Tulle, by the way, with a melted hole. I ran a wet cloth over the carpet - tin. She asked to change the bed linen to washed without special equipment and knock out the pillow. We did it, it became a little easier.
I am not a severe allergic person. Everything is +- standard, but, in fact, I did not sleep normally for a single night. Everything was very pre-paid, I had to stay and somehow get out of it.
There is a huge amount of chlorine in the spa. Everything itches afterwards.
In general, something needs to be changed. Besides the kitchen, they have a huge respect)

A wonderful hotel!
Convenient location: close to Medeu and the Chymbulak Ski complex. It takes 5-7 minutes to get to them from the hotel by taxi.
Very tasty and varied breakfasts. Very tasty dinners!
The hotel is quiet and cozy. There is a swimming pool, hills, sauna, SPA.
From the window there is a view of the mountains, which is especially pleasing.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The rooms are clean and warm.
We felt at home.
We will definitely come back here.

The bathroom has all the necessary accessories. I can't appreciate breakfast, since I left at night, but I asked to pack up for the road, we prepared some sandwiches, yogurt and a delicious cake. The spa area is also comfortable, with a fairly large and deep pool, sauna and hammam, and massage services. In general, I liked everything. I recommend.

Great hotel. There are two restaurants. One is in a building on the 5th floor with breakfast and a basic menu, the second is in an adjacent building and an extensive menu. The prices are Moscow, but the portions are large and everything is delicious. The spa has a swimming pool with Jacuzzi, a classic steam room and a hammam. The rooms are spacious with large bathrooms. The podemnik is 10 minutes away by public transport. You can call a taxi or take a bus, which are walking quite often. The only thing is there are no shops nearby, but you can drive to the city or order delivery to the hotel.

I had a rest there in January, the impressions are wonderful. I took a suite on the 4th floor: a large room, a beautiful bed, a comfortable bathroom, air conditioning and a balcony. Everything is clean and tidy. Sauna, hammam, swimming pool, everything is at a very good level. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. There is a restaurant nearby with very tasty dishes, I especially recommend a large cheburek)

In fact, it turned out that it was necessary to scan the QR code from another phone within 50 seconds.after receiving it. In general, I advise everyone, especially the hotel manager, to pay special attention to the refund of the deposit, since the procedure is ill-conceived and, if there is no second phone, it is impossible. It took me four days of waiting and a lot of calls to the hotel demanding a refund of the deposit. I advise clients to leave a deposit in cash, then there will be no problem.

1. After check-in, a broken lock was found in the bathroom. We contacted the reception, a carpenter came, looked and said you need another carpenter, left a request. As a result, no one came to fix the lock for three days of daily reminders, and the lock also remained in a broken state. That's saying something.
2. The room cards were blocked twice the day before departure, I had to run to the reception and ask to update the cards
3. The restaurant (not during breakfast) on the fifth floor is just terrible... They left one waiter at all and he runs around trying to please everyone, as a result, a complete failure in all directions (even when invoicing, he managed to mess up). The receptionist just walks around and apologizes.
4. Towels in the rooms leave much to be desired, I do not understand why they were saved on them.
