It's a good place. Close to the center. Good hosts!! A good breakfast, enough to refuel for a hike for the whole day!! One minus is the squaring of the numbers that are indicated on the sites, divide exactly in half!! We were presented with a triple room, designated as 25...30 m2, but the actual room was 15 meters... We can say that there was a three-bed- three single beds pushed almost to each other... As a result of our indignation, we moved to a four-seater, designated as 50sq.m. But in fact, no more than 25... There was already a four-bed, and it was already better))
Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to Registan. All the main attractions are 30 minutes away. The hosts are friendly, the Russian language is no problem. The breakfast is simple and hearty. The only thing you might not like is the harsh bed. This moment was not important to us, we prefer thick mattresses to soft ones. In general, everything is fine for a mini-hotel in this area.
I attended competitions in Samarkand, I was very pleased with the city and, of course, the Ali hotel. Homely atmosphere, friendly attitude, hospitality, all this is 10/10. Ali himself is a very intelligent and attentive man, as well as other positive qualities, sharply different from the rest of the city's population. I recommend it!
I liked everything, the hosts were friendly and friendly, they were open to all requests. The room was also great, got a good night's sleep.
What I liked the most was the location. There are many attractions within walking distance.
I will add a review:
In this hotel, I was charged 70 thousand soums separately for two days as a tourist fee. No other hotel in Uzbekistan charged me extra money, although they checked me in everywhere.
Great hotel, fantastic hosts! Absolutely everything is within walking distance, a delicious tomorrow : There are
no interruptions with water, there is always hot water.
Thank you for your hospitality, next time I will definitely stay with you :)
Super guest, near the center you can walk everywhere, very pleasant staff, all services, including money change, breakfast is included in the price, very tasty and varied, I recommend !
Nice hotel, clean, cozy. Smart TV, wifi, air conditioning, water, kettle, soap, shampoos. It is located on a quiet street, a 2-minute walk to the park and 7 minutes to Registan Square. I took a taxi from the airport for 14 minutes.
We booked the hotel in the middle of March. Check-in on the night of April 28-29, check-out on May 7.
Initially, the hotel bribed with location and price. My request was a room with a double bed. I paid extra for breakfast.
The hotel confirmed the reservation very quickly, with payment on the spot in rubles.
This both alarmed and seemed very convenient. However, the hotel does not warn that it charges a tax imposed on January 1, 24, and the cost of this tax is not included in the room rate.
Upon arrival, it turned out that the hotel had left a room with two single beds for me.
From all this, we can conclude that the hotel confirms the reservation to everyone, but it is not known what will happen in fact.
At the same time. The room has two single beds with hard mattresses (I like them), which were shifted to one double bed (this suits me perfectly)., table, armchair, bedside table, wardrobe, TV, plumbing, there is a hair dryer, very decent, not hotel, bolted to the wall, burning hair. The view from the window into the wall half a meter from the building.
In the household. The unit has an iron and a table where you can iron clothes. Upon request, you will be given a kettle, and in the basement, where breakfast is served, you can take a tea or coffee bag.
There is WiFi, but sometimes it falls off - and the TV does not work and the phone does not load anything either. But if there was, then I caught it in the room without any problems. Smart TV with some applications (I watched YouTube when I had the opportunity).
You can ask me to wash my clothes (except underwear), but I didn't have to use them.
Breakfast is at a minimum. Sliced bread, cheese, sausage, eggs, biscuits, porridge. Scrambled eggs are being prepared. I asked about the omelet, they said they don't cook it, because no one eats it. But, in general, if you are too lazy to run somewhere in the morning for breakfast, then it is acceptable.
Thermopot with boiling water, tea bags and loose, coffee in 3in1 bags or just black. There is no milk, I bought a tetrapak in the store, and used it.
Cups, bowls, saucers, teapots, cutlery.
I can't say that this is worth the money that they charge for such a breakfast, but I definitely don't want to run somewhere for breakfast in the morning.
The rooms are not bad, although uncomfortable in places.
Which was not enough for me. Shelves under the mirror, places to hang long clothes.
The refrigerator. There is a large refrigerator in the utility block, you can use it.
The side of the shower in the construction version seemed uncomfortable when standing in front of the sink.
The heating of the room - the air conditioner does not work for heat. And if it's +12 outside, then it won't warm the room.
Not to the hotel, but in general. I have repeatedly read that the water is turned off. And, here it is too. The hotel has a certain amount of stock, but it was enough for one day, and the water was turned off for two days. On the morning of the second day, a bucket of 10 liters of water and a bowl were placed in each room. And in the evening they gave me water.
You can smoke outside near the reception desk.
About the money. I was changing dollars at a bank nearby. They recommended contacting the national bank to exchange rubles. But there the course turned out to be worse than that of street money changers. The rubles were changed right at the hotel. Exchange dollars at a very reasonable rate everywhere.
It is better to call a taxi via Yandex, with cash payment. The price is moderate and fixed.
Otherwise, the hotel is a family-run one, the owners live right there and take care of everything themselves. This is both good and seems rather tedious.
After staying at the hotel for more than a week, you feel like good neighbors))
I can recommend it in any case - at least to spend the night, at least to stay for a long time, just understanding how everything works here.
Very convenient location, many attractions within walking distance. Friendly staff, always ready to prompt.
The equipment of the room is sufficient for a comfortable stay.
Buffet menu: standard.
The hotel meets the requirements of "price-quality".
Cozy, original, the very center, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is normal, there will be no view from the room, but this is the old town, it's almost everywhere like this, the Windows overlook the walls of the neighboring house, such a city development
A very cozy, small and quite comfortable hotel. Location 10/10! You can walk to all the main attractions. The staff is wonderful, they will always help everyone, the rooms are clean. At a fairly early departure, they made us a quick breakfast. Choose this hotel, you will not lose)
The biggest advantage of this hotel is the location a 10-minute walk from Registan, the road passes through the park.
I was pleased with the early check-in. We arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock, waited 15 minutes in the courtyard and received the room key.
The room is clean, towels and linen are of high quality, snow-white. There are 2 towels per guest, I would like 3 pcs, but here someone is used to it.
The beds and pillows are comfortable. The mattress is a bit harsh at first glance, but in fact it turned out to be comfortable to sleep.
There is no refrigerator, there is a hair dryer, soap/shampoo, cups, bottled water.
Of the cons: there is no view from the window on the 2nd floor! A slate wall half a meter from the window blocks the light by about three quarters. There is a strip of sky, thanks to which light penetrates in the morning. I don't like having no windows, I'm uncomfortable.
The Windows with a view are only on the 3rd floor, but perhaps there are rooms of a higher class. We had a standard.
Unfortunately, there is a problem with breakfast. They take place in the basement, where a clean and large dining room is organized, but it is cold and stuffy. We asked them to set the table for us in the courtyard, especially since there is a large table there. All 3 days the breakfast was the same: fried eggs, sausages /sausage, semolina porridge, cucumber/tomato, tea, 3in1 coffee, sesame cookies, caramels. Once there were delicious cherries, 2 times - unripe apples and green apricots. The fried eggs were fried in advance, they stood and cooled down. We asked for a fresh one, but they warmed up the existing one.😞
The staff is friendly and ready to help in everything. The owner told me where to go, what to see, where to eat. The room was cleaned daily.
If they fix the breakfasts, it will be quite good.
A good menu with European and Uzbek cuisine. Delicious. The price tag is salad-hot-a glass of wine about $ 13-15. The waiters are a little tired during the influx of guests. You will have to wait, periodically ask for something.
But in general, this does not reduce the level of the restaurant. Perhaps also because of the very cozy colorful national interior. I recommend it!
A comfortable room. Convenient location. Reasonable prices. Hospitable hosts. Anyone who wants to relax after grueling walks around the city is definitely here (a fairly quiet place). Greetings from Moscow:)
A solid three. Everything is on the verge: a little less comfort and it will be very bad, a little more service and there will be an average four. For a short stay. Two or three days, no more. We were in the middle of October, the room is cold. They were heated by air conditioning, exposing it to heat. The water in the shower is of such a temperature and pressure to just wash, no more, no less. For 9 days of stay, the bed linen has not been changed once. There was no wet cleaning either. Towels were changed 2 times. The foot towel (actually, it was not issued and we just used one of the issued ones) was never changed. Garbage was removed from the baskets almost every day, except for the last two days before departure. There were no Russian TV channels in our room 201. In others they say there were. The food is monotonous and cold, because it is cooked in a street kitchen and then brought on a tray already on plates, to everyone personally, passing through the cold courtyard of the house. The menu is the same every day: porridge, eggs (boiled or fried), cucumber, tomato, sausage sliced or fried, smoked cheese sliced, cookies, apples, melon or watermelon (season!), bread. From drinks: black tea, green, instant coffee, bottled water. In bad weather, the Internet is lost, it does not work stably. The beds are hard, or rather just stone. There is no refrigerator in the room. If a little less comfort and it will be very bad.
But: shampoo and soap were added every three days, there were no problems with toilet paper, even with excess. Nice snow-white cotton bed linen and towels. A kettle with bowls is provided on request. Nice new furniture in the room. The beds don't creak. The hotel is a 7-minute walk from Registan. There are, however, a lot of them in the district.
I would like to add a towel for the feet. Milk or cream for breakfast. Toaster for bread, butter, jam, this is generally the norm even in the most rundown hostels. Hot breakfast! It is warm in the rooms and dining room. Cold outside, cold in the room, cold in the dining room, cold breakfast... - cold review!
It's a great place! The new hotel is 3 minutes from Registan, shopping street and cafe. The hotel (guest house) is new and clean, everything is there for a comfortable stay. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and attentive people. Any issues are resolved instantly! A great breakfast is included in the room rate. Wi-Fi is stable. We stayed from 09 to 15 October 2022 in the sixth.
Thank you very much to the hosts!
I highly recommend it!!!
Lovely guest house, within walking distance (5-7 minutes) from Registan Square! Very clean, with friendly staff and a friendly host. A very hearty breakfast is included in the price. I was very pleased with the really hot water with good pressure. A wonderful location combined with a quiet, cozy place to relax!
A wonderful guest house. I didn't expect to be so close to the Registan ensemble. Extremely hospitable, helpful staff (Murad, etc.). Very clean. Beautiful courtyard. In the morning, a modest buffet, including a variety of fruits and teas. I am very pleased. If I have to visit Tashkent again, I will choose this hotel - it is inexpensive and convenient.
The best hotel of those that had to be visited in Uzbekistan. Clean, cozy rooms, great location, kind attitude, good breakfast. The hospitable hosts are always ready to help.
A great new hotel (3 months since it was launched) with very hospitable hosts. Delicious breakfasts, clean, quiet and cozy, excellent location – a five-minute walk from the historical center – the square and the Registan ensemble. I express my gratitude to the owners of the hotel for their rest, and I recommend travelers to stay here!
A wonderful hotel. Registan is within walking distance. The sights are within walking distance. Very hospitable hosts. Good breakfasts. Fresh fruits. The hotel has stable wi-fi. There is a cozy patio with a tapchan. I recommend this hotel.
Convenient location. Registan, the market and the main attractions are within walking distance. A small, cozy room with an internal shady janitor, where they treated us to a delicious homemade breakfast with an abundance of fruits. A very quiet and comfortable place to relax. I recommend it!
Very average. One good thing is that it is close to the sights of the city.
The breakfasts are very poor. No choice.
The room was small but clean. The bed is washed, the bed is creaky, the mattress is uncomfortable. The view from the window into the wall, which is literally a meter from the window.
At the same time, the hosts are friendly and adequate.
In general, we still have to try very hard to improve the assessment. 3 out of 5.
The main advantage is the location right next to the Registan. If you stay for one or two nights, then you can probably take longer tours - I do not recommend it, because the breakfasts are meager and monotonous, uncomfortable hard mattresses, poor communication in the rooms and the Internet is often lost. There are also questions about cleaning - there has never been one during our stay.
A brand new hotel, opened according to the owner in July 2022. Well, as is inherent in everything new - this hotel is clean, well-maintained. The room was very comfortable, everything that was necessary was present, of course, and the furniture was all new. I was not impressed by the breakfasts, but it was not the most important thing for me. Wonderful location, good service and amenities - everything is on top.
The hotel is new, it opened 3 months ago. Very kind and hospitable hosts. Great location in the heart of the city! Cozy rooms. There is shampoo, soap, and an excellent hair dryer. You feel like a dear guest.
A great new hotel with incredibly hospitable hosts. The new rooms have everything for comfort. The hotel is located in the very center, 3 minutes from the Registan and shopping streets.
The terrible attitude of the host, he behaves very inappropriately towards the guests! They greeted me from the doorway as if I owed him something! I had no desire to stay there any longer, I had to abandon the hotel and go to another hotel where we were warmly welcomed and wanted to stay there!!
I do not recommend!!!!!!! In two weeks in Uzbekistan, it was the worst moment of my trip in this country!
Absolutely amazing. Super. Absolutely new . A wide range of options. The location was very convenient, and it was very pleasant that it was located in the center of the city near the Registan Square. Convenient for Steam guests
It is very cozy, the rooms are good. The breakfast is quite monotonous, but delicious. The main advantage is that Registan is a couple of minutes away on foot
