A very decent small family hotel, stayed for 2 days, were satisfied with both the service and the room and homemade breakfasts. Excellent location - 6 minutes from the city center, while the hotel is located in a quiet street. excellent wi-fi in the hotel and very friendly hosts, Rooms of different quality, some are very good, some are uncomfortable, as in any hotel. An ideal hotel for non-capricious travelers, with the task of "bed+shower+breakfast" for 5+ and the location is perfect! Registan is five minutes away. Nice hotel. The price/quality is excellent. Conveniently located. Friendly staff. It is convenient that there is breakfast. The only thing that confused me was that the window looked out into the corridor, not onto the street. There are rooms with windows facing the street, but we got a different one.

The most disgusting hotel! Imagine the picture.. you arrived in an unfamiliar city, at night, tired, with suitcases. On the threshold, they announce to you that your reservation has been canceled!!! And without options to move in!! They refer to a rule that no one in Uzbekistan knows about except them, allegedly after 18 it is impossible to settle! I'll assume that they stupidly handed over your number to someone, and your comrades don't care about your plans! Who will get into the same situation , do not despair !! Just take your suitcases and go further down the street, there are a lot of hotels without such prejudices, which are cheaper and better in the end!!!

If you want to feel the oriental flavor with a minus sign, go here. Namely: 1. The hotel has cancelled the reservation booking.com after his own confirmation, and then stated that the room now costs 3 times more expensive, and if you are against it, do not be indignant, immediately leave the reception and do not use wi-fi, 2. the location of the hotel is rather a minus, because the proximity to Registan Square levels it being in the slums of Samarkand (narrow crooked streets where there has never been lighting and you can break your legs at night, taxi drivers also cannot find a hotel in the back streets even using the navigator). 3. The hotel is already quite shabby.
P. S. Yes, yes, taxis do not go to this hotel, so you will have an exciting walking trip with your suitcases when you are asked from there.

- Very clean, the staff will answer all questions and give valuable advice.
-Be sure to take breakfast, because they are wonderful here, for example, you can take a whole kettle to make tea the way you like, and there are a lot of delicious nuts, jams, I love it! Well, I couldn't find anything open nearby at 9 a.m.
- From 11 a.m., a great cafe opens nearby for lunch.
- Excellent location, close to the center and all the interesting places of the city.

I lived from 04/12/12 to 04/15/12. The location of the hotel is good - in the old town, close to all the sights. Although the taxi in the city is 11 thousand sums and it does not matter much.
The rooms are clean and quite comfortable. Despite the lack of windows to the street, there is an air conditioner that provides fresh air. They did not clean up for three days of stay, and there was no special need. And this, apparently, is a feature of Uzbekistan, other cities were also cleaned once every 3 days.
The biggest question for breakfast. If you pay attention to this when choosing an accommodation, then you definitely are not here. If you have children, I don't recommend it either. The breakfast products are of questionable quality - porridge with powdered milk (judging by the smell), stale bread (this is in the Republic, where fresh tortillas are sold on every corner), there are no fresh vegetables, all salads with an incomprehensible dressing, apparently to mask the smell, margarine instead of butter, only sausage cheese. You can only eat boiled eggs and pancakes (they are very tasty).

I expressed my complaints to the administration of the facility (after the first breakfast and after the last one). After check-out, my booking on the booking was deleted. Apparently, so that I would not have the opportunity to leave a review there.
Think about the correct average rating of this hotel. They just don't miss the low grades.

The hotel refused to check in - at first due to lack of water, after 1 minute it turned out that they had check-in before 17.00 (we arrived at 17.06). I assume that they just sell rooms at different prices and check in those who booked at a more expensive price. A replacement was offered at a nearby guest house, which was well below our hotel requirements.

European standard with oriental hospitality. The very center of the city,
you do not need a taxi at all for sightseeing, since everything is within walking distance. Registan is 3 minutes away. The hotel is new, everything is clean, bed linen and towels are impeccable. Breakfasts are served in both Turkish and European 4* hotels. Most importantly, a very responsive and caring host took us at one o'clock in the morning to get tickets to the train station, and for free. We stayed in August for two nights, very satisfied. We recommend it.
