I would like to leave a review. Due to an oversight of the booking service, the reservation at the hotel fell off. Fortunately, the staff of this hotel did not leave me in trouble, but offered an alternative option and helped me solve the problems with finding a new hotel, where I was taken that evening. Thanks a lot. They won't leave you here)) 👏
A very decent small family hotel, stayed for 2 days, were satisfied with both the service and the room and homemade breakfasts. Excellent location - 6 minutes from the city center, while the hotel is located in a quiet street. excellent wi-fi in the hotel and very friendly hosts, Rooms of different quality, some are very good, some are uncomfortable, as in any hotel. The rooms are clean, the plumbing is working, the condos are good
An ideal hotel for non-capricious travelers, with the task of "bed+shower+breakfast" for 5+ and the location is perfect! Registan is five minutes away. It is clean and unassuming, the air conditioning works perfectly, the staff is polite and diligent. There are no TVs, refrigerators, shower gels, clean to spend the night and walk on)👍 We liked it
We ended up in this hotel by accident; but we didn't regret it)Registan is within walking distance! We liked to walk there in the evening.By the way, it's very safe here. The price-quality ratio is very satisfied! The breakfast buffet is wonderful in Uzbek! )The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff is very helpful and friendly)
A very cozy place! Such a homely atmosphere) convenient location: Registan Square is a 10-minute walk away. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, kettle, tea bags. The beds are comfortable. They are greeted like relatives)
A wonderful guest house. Clean and comfortable .
Nice beds and pillows. Excellent location. We arrived at 8 a.m., the room was occupied but we were served breakfast. It's very nice.
A very cozy hotel in the historical center near Registan. The service and hospitality are excellent. We checked in three hours earlier. The breakfasts are decent. Rakhmat.
Location in the center of the old town. The staff is very friendly. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. The market is 10 minutes away. There is not an expensive cafe nearby.
Very nice hotel🫶I liked the staff, they will always help, tell me where to go, what to buy at the market. It is clear that a friendly team is working, everything is clean and tidy.

Nice hotel. The price/quality is excellent. Conveniently located. Friendly staff. It is convenient that there is breakfast. The only thing that confused me was that the window looked out into the corridor, not onto the street. There are rooms with windows facing the street, but we got a different one.
The hotel is located in the very center. It is convenient to get to all historical attractions, you can walk around everything.Clean, cozy, hospitable. A very tasty breakfast.

Good staff, price, warmly received all the attractions nearby, book and you will not regret checking in
The most disgusting hotel! Imagine the picture.. you arrived in an unfamiliar city, at night, tired, with suitcases. On the threshold, they announce to you that your reservation has been canceled!!! And without options to move in!! They refer to a rule that no one in Uzbekistan knows about except them, allegedly after 18 it is impossible to settle! I'll assume that they stupidly handed over your number to someone, and your comrades don't care about your plans! Who will get into the same situation , do not despair !! Just take your suitcases and go further down the street, there are a lot of hotels without such prejudices, which are cheaper and better in the end!!!
The only good thing about this hotel is the location!!mattresses are hard breakfasts / very Not very/ the bathroom stinks of sewage from 5:00 in the morning buzzing like a generator on the wall
The place has good access to the city. The hotel itself has nice soft beds, a very clean bathroom and warm blankets. There is air conditioning, delicious breakfasts and very kind managers.
If you want to feel the oriental flavor with a minus sign, go here. Namely: 1. The hotel has cancelled the reservation booking.com after his own confirmation, and then stated that the room now costs 3 times more expensive, and if you are against it, do not be indignant, immediately leave the reception and do not use wi-fi, 2. the location of the hotel is rather a minus, because the proximity to Registan Square levels it being in the slums of Samarkand (narrow crooked streets where there has never been lighting and you can break your legs at night, taxi drivers also cannot find a hotel in the back streets even using the navigator). 3. The hotel is already quite shabby.
P. S. Yes, yes, taxis do not go to this hotel, so you will have an exciting walking trip with your suitcases when you are asked from there.

- Beautiful modern hotel!
- Very clean, the staff will answer all questions and give valuable advice.
-Be sure to take breakfast, because they are wonderful here, for example, you can take a whole kettle to make tea the way you like, and there are a lot of delicious nuts, jams, I love it! Well, I couldn't find anything open nearby at 9 a.m.
- From 11 a.m., a great cafe opens nearby for lunch.
- Excellent location, close to the center and all the interesting places of the city.
A nice hotel in the center of the old town. Cozy and clean. However, due to the fact that we arrived in the evening, we did not want to be settled for a long time. Be prepared for this too
of the advantages, only the location!!It stinks of sewage everywhere !!!The breakfasts are not very good!!!from 5 a.m. there is a hum of a generator or a chegot
I really liked it! The owners are very attentive, the rooms are clean and cozy.
There are very good-natured people in this city! Emotions are still overwhelming.
A nice little hotel in the historical center of Samarkand. It may be convenient to spend 1-2 nights, but no more. There are breakfasts in the morning, not super, but you can get enough.
Pleasant polite staff, delicious plentiful breakfasts included, excellent value for money 🔥 👍
On the first night, the Arabs talked loudly, we had to go out to quarrel, then calmed down. Therefore, I'm reducing it by 1 star.
Shower, WiFi works well, I liked everything.
The breakfast was amazing! I did not meet such delicious and rich breakfasts even in Dubai for huge prices compared to Samarkand. Thanks to the staff - they were very responsive and courteous, they helped everyone!
A very good hotel, clean, tidy, the staff is polite, ready to help, tell, advise, answer all questions. Breakfast is included, quite a variety of dishes - everyone will find something to treat themselves to.
Great place, I recommend it to everyone!
An economical option.
The bathroom with toilet is very small, the door has a built-in glass through which almost everything is visible.
Be careful with the payment (if you have a payment specified in dollars, then pay in dollars, otherwise even in amounts, the wonderful girl at the reception will recalculate at an unfavorable rate)
I lived from 04/12/12 to 04/15/12. The location of the hotel is good - in the old town, close to all the sights. Although the taxi in the city is 11 thousand sums and it does not matter much.
The rooms are clean and quite comfortable. Despite the lack of windows to the street, there is an air conditioner that provides fresh air. They did not clean up for three days of stay, and there was no special need. And this, apparently, is a feature of Uzbekistan, other cities were also cleaned once every 3 days.
The biggest question for breakfast. If you pay attention to this when choosing an accommodation, then you definitely are not here. If you have children, I don't recommend it either. The breakfast products are of questionable quality - porridge with powdered milk (judging by the smell), stale bread (this is in the Republic, where fresh tortillas are sold on every corner), there are no fresh vegetables, all salads with an incomprehensible dressing, apparently to mask the smell, margarine instead of butter, only sausage cheese. You can only eat boiled eggs and pancakes (they are very tasty).
Below is the photo:
1. On the morning of the second day of your stay, pay attention to the Olivier salad.
2. The morning of the third day of your stay, pay attention to the new dish - rolls.
3. And now the filling of the rolls is Olivier salad (fresh or not fresh?)
I expressed my complaints to the administration of the facility (after the first breakfast and after the last one). After check-out, my booking on the booking was deleted. Apparently, so that I would not have the opportunity to leave a review there.
Think about the correct average rating of this hotel. They just don't miss the low grades.
The hotel refused to check in - at first due to lack of water, after 1 minute it turned out that they had check-in before 17.00 (we arrived at 17.06). I assume that they just sell rooms at different prices and check in those who booked at a more expensive price. A replacement was offered at a nearby guest house, which was well below our hotel requirements.
It is located in the old city of Samarkand, not far from Registan Square within walking distance. The breakfast is excellent, the rooms are clean, the hotel is relatively new. I will be staying in Samarkand again.
The location is inside the mahalla, for some cars it may be difficult to get there and find a parking place.
The attack in other parameters corresponds to the price.
The location of the hotel is excellent, the staff is very pleasant and polite, the rooms are clean. The breakfasts are not bad and varied. A small minus is a rooster lives next door, so get ready)
European standard with oriental hospitality. The very center of the city,
you do not need a taxi at all for sightseeing, since everything is within walking distance. Registan is 3 minutes away. The hotel is new, everything is clean, bed linen and towels are impeccable. Breakfasts are served in both Turkish and European 4* hotels. Most importantly, a very responsive and caring host took us at one o'clock in the morning to get tickets to the train station, and for free. We stayed in August for two nights, very satisfied. We recommend it.
A great hotel for that kind of money!within walking distance from the sights of Samarkand.a very delicious breakfast!friendly staff.clean room, hot and cold water, air conditioning.what else is needed for a tired traveler😁👍
The location of the hotel is an advantage, as all the attractions are within walking distance from it. Clean, cozy rooms and a hearty breakfast pleased us. Small remarks to the owner: I would like to have a wardrobe in the room, a mirror not only in the bathroom and a small refrigerator. A small table is also possible))
