In particular, Anna Alexandrovna, to whom we got an appointment when we brought the cat for the first time. There was no record anymore and we were accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Thanks to her qualified help, the help of her colleagues, the cat remained alive (ivs were put on, intravenous medications were administered, blood transfusions were made from a donor cat, a special diet was prescribed, tests were performed).
