As a result, I have not contacted the owner yet, the issue has not been resolved

We visited the Samruk Hotel. She's perfect! !! Perfect cleanliness and friendly staff! ! There are no foreign odors such as tobacco, alcohol, etc. The bed is white, clean, without stains, with a pleasant smell. There was also a smell of detergents in the bathroom and no unpleasant ones.
