THE BEST SAMSA IN KAZAKHSTAN!!!!!
We went by car to Almaty, we needed another gas station, the nearest one turned out to be at the entrance to Turkestan and they were selling samsa nearby. It's not just samsa - it's a gastronomic attraction of the whole republic! Firstly: tandoor is heated with firewood (and not gas), secondly: how fragrant it is!!!, thirdly: the dough is thin, not sweet and very soft, fourthly: there is a lot of meat and pieces, and most importantly tender, fifthly: there is a lot of broth inside, which is rare for tandoor samsa, sixth: it is quickly disassembled, which means it is always hot, seventh: spices - everything in moderation... I can praise to infinity, in general, the hands of a magician made a blank, and a tandoori is a wizard who creates a culinary masterpiece.
As a result, having received a gastronomic orgasm from this samsa, throughout the whole way there and back (Shimket, Taraz, turn to Bishkek, Almaty) we stopped 20 times and bought tandoor samsa, but everything was wrong, then the dough was too dry, then the filling was dry, then the samsa was warmed in the microwave, etc. Deciding that perhaps it was an accident and we were lucky for the first time, on the way back we specially stopped here, for samsa. We arrived at closing time (+-19:30), the tandoor was extinguished, the tables were carried away from the open area, the floors were washed, but we were lucky to sell the remaining, but still warm samsa. And the extravaganza was repeated, all the excitement of the first time happened the second time. Yes, it may not be budget-friendly in terms of cost, compared to others, it's still 450 TENGE, but it's worth it! If you are passing through, do not be lazy, stop by, pamper yourself, or maybe you should not do this, because after traveling half of Kazakhstan, we could not find a samsa that even remotely resembles its taste.
