We stopped at the sanatorium on 7.09.24. Everything is just fine. The staff is beyond praise, it's just great to relax here with children. Animators try very hard and love children and their work!! Special thanks to them for the daily holiday for children! But! Is there really nothing you can do with this crazy music until very late at night? This is a sanatorium!!! Here are families with small children who can't sleep for hours because of this disco, the music is not just loud!! She's insanely loud! Administration!!! Finally, pay attention!!! This is not the first such review of noise! It is very strange that nothing is being done.... Addition to the review: after the message at the reception, the music stopped on that day! But! the disco lasted until 23.30 every day! It just doesn't fit in my head! In such a wonderful place, and there is such a huge disadvantage that disrupts sleep for both a child and an adult. The window cannot be opened in the evening! Even with the windows closed, it is impossible to fall asleep from the noise!!!!! Just a cry from the soul!!

The place is super. We had a rest in June 2024. The weather is great, the sea is even better. The food was good, there is basically nothing to complain about. The territory is large, there is animation for children, there is a cinema room, a game room, children are looked after. The rooms are basically normal, we had 2 rooms. suite with 2 bathrooms, very comfortable. In the bathroom, a hairdryer, soap, shampoos, balms, slippers, towels are changed every day, the water is replenished as well. I really don't like the parapet on the balcony, it's very low, we categorically forbade the children to go there. For a child 140 cm tall, it is already low, not to mention those who suddenly go out to smoke in a drunken state, it is very scary. I also did not like the sleeping places in 2 rooms - one sofa is not collapsible and a cot, there is little space in the room, it is not very comfortable, and the mattresses are in terrible condition, I was squeamish. Otherwise, there are no complaints about anything. We will definitely return there more than once.

The sanatorium is generally excellent: very polite and pleasant staff, daily cleaning, delicious food for every taste, including for children. There are outdoor and indoor pools, a paddling pool, a large private clean beach, a medical center (its services were not used, I cannot estimate) you can pay for different spas separately - my husband went, he liked it, etc. For children there is a trampoline, a rope park, animators, a children's playground, charging on the beach, various games. The gorgeous territory of the hotel, flowers, aromas, birdsong. There is a small zoo, a tennis court, and a skate area. Several cafes. In general, everything is very pleasant and beautiful. But. One significant disadvantage for me is the disco right under the windows until 11-30 at night. I can't open the window, I can't fall asleep. A sanatorium is, in theory, a place where people come to improve their health and live according to the regime! I chose this place precisely because of the silence. At the same time, the restaurant on the territory of the sanatorium itself is also noisy. Karaoke, songs until almost midnight. Despite the fact that the majority of vacationers are families with young children and pensioners who have to listen to all this because of a bunch of chanson lovers. Stray dogs and cats that walk here in packs are also annoying. One was foaming at the mouth (maybe epilepsy, but what if rabies?), which the vacationers pointed out to the guards. we did not see this dog again, it may have been taken away. I understand that the territory is not behind a blind fence and the vacationers themselves feed the animals, but it is necessary to solve the issue of their growing population more actively.. Of the advantages, you can also name a tour agency, where a very responsive girl works, easily selects a program for a request, including individual ones. We went with them to Lake Rizza individually, to the Dolphinarium, rode horses, sailed on a ship and individually took a trip to the Lions Park. I liked everything very much , Polite, calm drivers, good routes, the places themselves are amazing. The route was adjusted for us, and the excursions themselves, too. Overall, very good impressions and service, I expected the worst (I was in Abkhazia about 20 years ago). I hope that the sanatorium will take into account the wishes and will continue to please us)))
