And now about a specific claim to this center, why the range of possible costs was not announced immediately when we got a call back from the call center, if in fact there are 3 assemblies (which is extremely doubtful, the Internet stubbornly issues one specific matrix for this TV), saying right away that repairs can cost from 720 to 1720 we we would not waste time delivering the TV from outside the city, where it was safely stored and back. I can conclude that the staff of this center cannot perform their work efficiently already at the consultation stage.
A good service center, there were no questions about the quality of repairs and maintenance, but the lack of normal parking near the building was very frustrating.
